Our experience with Dennis was excellent as he is very easy to work with, professional, and responds very quickly to texts. He was very knowledgeable at knowing what needed to be done to sell a property and made workable recommendations to improve the property. The photographer he brought in to take the pictures did an amazing job. Dennis has been amazing to work with during our search for a new home and sale of our old one. He was always on time and professional, honest and straightforward, and he had a keen eye for sketchy renos and problem areas during viewings. He never promised us more than he could deliver, and he made sure we didn’t pay more than something was worth. Dennis was always available for even the smallest question or most short notice viewing. He’s the kind of person who just makes it work. To top everything off, he knows sooo many people, so if something needs to be fixed, inspected, certified, etc., he probably already has a guy.10/10 would recommend :)
