I bought Buffin rain boots 10 month ago which CSA and elect. proved.. anyways it split on top after I used it not more then 10 times in total. So Buffin has 365 days warrantee but they saying on site always to check with retailer first. So I showed damage to cashier and explain what happened, cashier was nice but out of nowhere blondee grandma showed up(probably some manager or something) and started b@1ching that my recipet 2 years old, I damaged shoes etc… Was no need for her to be aggressively protective in this point. I’m a plumber and mostly using rain boots in sump pits where always possibility of electrical hazard , I inspected quality when was buying boots made in Canada, but in the end I got broken boot and poor service.

They write on the invoice 100% satisfaction guarantee! I bought work boots there and after a day the right side of my foot hurt from the new boot. They were returned in new condition. Gave the staff three chances to give me a credit on another pair of shoes! They will do nothing but give me a discount on another pair of work boots! After 20 years of shopping there…. Never Again!

I wish I don't give them any star, but have to give one, to post my comment.Took my scrub top to return at this store because the fabric started pilling after just one time wear. Manager Rebecca treated me so badly and gave me one hundred reasons which could have caused that. She definitely does not know how to provide customer service. I felt so much disrespectful. Will never go back there!!

I ordered some shoes online. As soon as they were delivered I tried on 1 shoe in the house and decided I needed a smaller size. I went into the store to exchange them and they noticed they were dirty, having some dirt in the treads that i hadnt noticed, they discussed privately with the manager (who would not come talk to us.)They determined they were too dirty to be returned and were not open to discussion saying they could not resell the used product. The shoes were shipped to me from this location and I found an old packaging slip in the box, so they had already been accepted as a return before being sent to me.I took the shoes to the aldergrove location where I was treated much better and the situation was resolved with great service.I already did not care to shop at this location and never will again

Bobbie is such a lady who does not know what is professionalism. She called me for interview and she herself didn’t show up. I wasted my hours to come here. I wonder what kind of service she would be giving to the customers in store. Height of stupidity and lack of professionalism. Be a little generous towards the time and effort of other people Bobbie.

Ordered a pair of boots online. Picked up at the store. Online pick up is located in the change rooms. One person working the area couldn't leave to get my order. I waited a while until someone else came to serve me. Not the best set up. There were only 5 customers in the whole store. I'd hate to think of how long the wait would have been had they been busy.

Good collection of shoes though they did run 1-2 sizes smaller than what i needed. The fact that it's closer to Costco cuts down the multiple runs one would have to make otherwise. Very helpful staff.

Needed clothes so I went to my favourite store, Marks!The store is the biggest Marks I've ever seen! Always great to be here and always satisfied!Also, an antique car show in the lot and a food truck that has good poutine!

Really great staff working there today. I thought they still had curbside pickup for online orders prepaid but they don't and it's challenging for me to go inside. I called to see if they would meet me at the door with my order and the pickup form for me to sign and they said no problem which was really appreciated. Thank you so much.
