==Pros==The place is very unique and beautiful.Staff is super helpful. Aba is a rockstar.Breakfast was good.Clean==Cons==Beds are not at all comfortable. The whole thing rattle with slightest movement. Maybe it was just that one room. I was in Ivory room (I think that was the name) on the first floor to the left.For me personally sleep and is the most important thing. The beds here made it hard for me. My recommendation to the owner would be to invest in nice comfy beds and this place will be 5 stars. Until then I am not staying here again.

Thank you Aba, was an amazing experience. She is very polite and helpful to all needs. The location is beautiful and has a pool. If waking, store or food is only 15 min away. Airport about 25 min away. Toronto about 45 min away, can Lyft or Uber.

Stayed with my wife for 3 nights while we went to a wedding in Toronto. This place is absolutely fabulous! I would give it 6 stars if possible. Rooms are sparkling clean and very quiet. The breakfast is amazing. Every day the buffet offered fresh fruits like pineapple, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and more. One of the best things is the park like backyard with tables where we enjoyed our breakfast while looking at the trees and listening to birds chirping. Priceless! There were even real flowers on the table! Good luck finding any hotel that lives up to that quality level for a reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

Awesome, quiet and amazing service. The management is lovely and the food is good. No one disturbs you. It is like home away from home. Going there with a family is plus the fun. This place gets sold out easily because of the amazing service and the comfort of the place. I will definitely go back.

We went there me and my wife for one night in March 2023 : it was really a wonderful experience (the home was astonishing) everything was beyond expected (the room, breakfast...) ! A big and special thanks to miss Abba how was really kind and friendly. Next time I'll pass by Toronto, Newton villa will be my only stop !

The building was pretty and rooms were clean, but the walls were not very thick and we could hear too many noises from the couple in the room next to us… multiple times during the night… the hotel staff moved us rooms for the second night which was much quieter and peaceful. Breakfast was good.

By far the best place ever to stay! So cozy and warm that you won’t feel that you’re staying out for the night, been there 10 times and not even for a second felt any change of behaviour in the staff/owners this place is really really good in summers as well as winters if you just want a vibe change! Do visit, highly recommended.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Aba was very friendly and welcoming and gave us all the information we needed for our stay in the building and we could see her also treating the other guests very kindly. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooms quite comfortable. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious as well. My only mild complaint is the soap in our bathroom was very watered down to the point it was more water than anything else, but we made do. The private location was well worth the drive. Thank you!

I booked this place mistakenly and it was a bit out of the way but it was very nice and the staff, especially Abba, were really amazing and thoughtful and I kind of just wanted to move in and stay there. I booked for 3 nights and stayed 1 because of the other commitments I had, and I wish I had a chance to say goodbye before I left. It
