Great help with a home inspection and was very flexible for a walk thru via video conference. Very thorough report with easy to follow points with pointing out immediate needs and possible future things to keep an eye on. Great little maintenance tips in the report as well! Thanks!

Great guy. Unfortunately missed a giant plumbing leak going from the main shower leaking through the floor to the basement. Wouldn't recommend this inspector if you're looking to catch significant defects.

Used this inspector for two properties in the trail area. He was professional, timely and extremely thorough. The inspection reports are done in a manner that is easy to read and understand. Also, since my wife and I are not from the area the extensive list of contractors and services provided at the end of the inspections was greatly appreciated, not to mention all the links to home maintenance and repair information really gave us an advantage into owning an older home in the meantime.

Gord performed two inspections on possible homes for my partner and I for purchase. Being first time home owners the process can be quite overwhelming and stressful. The first property was not a good choice, and Gord showed us everything and was very honest with the many problems this property had. So thankful because we were able to make the right decision and not purchase that property. The next property we found was a keeper and Gord was able to walk us through the whole place with information and insight that we needed.
