I would suggest to talk before you try the class as I said I want to try the class and already member of ymca. If I like I would register. She said its fine you can try the class.Once i am done she said it would be $20 for trial class.Not good experience.

I love Dama Yoga! The place is kept super clean and well maintained. Brand new studio and vibrant colors! Staff and teachers are excellent! The hot room is so nice to be in, not too hot, just right! Wish I could go everyday. :)

The studio is superb, very clean. All of the staff is welcoming and polite. On the other hand be warned it is hot yoga you will sweat.

My favorite place to go for the very best yoga classes-the teachers are amazing, so kind and welcoming and they're really there to help you. So friendly, so professional and a very good workout also, I love it!The place is also very clean and everyone working there knows what they're doing and are always able to answer all your questions :)
