We had the absolute pleasure of booking Michael as the photographer for our wedding day on November 12, 2022He made my husband and I extremely comfortable for taking photos, as well as our wedding party. We had the absolute pleasure of having Michael photograph both our engagement and wedding pictures, and we could not be more pleased with our experience. Not only does Michael take stunning and creative photographs, but he has a kind and calming presence that makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He is professional, respectful, and is always open to trying anything. As two people who are not used to taking professional pictures, he made the process so smooth and enjoyable. One of the first things we did when we got engaged was reach out to Michael. He was so kind and professional, helping us work out details and using his past experience to guide our wedding day schedule. He was open minded and creative during the entire day and we got some really incredible photos. People are still talking about how amazing it was to have a slideshow of pictures at the reception. Michael was so amazing to work with for our wedding day. He was punctual on arrival, and helped us stay on track with our timeline throughout the day. He is creative with his shots, and took the time to make sure each one was perfect. You can tell that he enjoys what he does and that he puts his all into it, even at the end of a long day he was there and ready to snap the perfect pic!We were absolutely blown away by his day-of slideshow at our reception - it was so nice to get a sneak peek of our photos so quickly! Choosing Michael and Kailyn was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! They are everything you could possibly want in wedding photographers - kind, easy-going, and fun. We initially chose Michael for his outdoor scenic shots and unfortunately our wedding day was super rainy. We were outside for about 15 minutes all day to get pictures, and to be honest I thought the chances of us getting shots as good as we'd hoped were slim to none. Luckily, the weather the following day was beautiful and we ended up getting everything we wanted and then some in an extra shoot! But if I'm being honest, what really blew us away were the shots throughout the wedding day. I was fooled into thinking they would be 'normal' wedding pictures of family, decor, etc. because they shot so effortlessly and quick. I have to admit, I was so wrong! Their creativity is amazing, and their use of different angles and colours really make every picture come alive.On top of the fact that we received hundreds of amazing pictures, Michael and Kailyn truly added something special to our wedding day. Besides each other, they are probably the two people we were with the most throughout the day and I have to say it was heartwarming to have them with us. The level of love, respect and admiration they have for each other and their respective talents was something beautiful to see, and exactly the kind of feels you want to be surrounded with on your wedding day.My husband and I both agree the Steingards were an excellent choice and worth every penny! An investment you will never regret!!!

If you're looking for a wedding photographer, Michael is the best person for the job. When I saw his photos of a friend's wedding, I knew he was the photographer I wanted, and thankfully he was available for our date. We got the Premium package, along with all the add-ons (full-day service, same-day slideshow, 'moving portrait' video, plus our special request to record our first dance), and it was worth every dollar. We can't stop looking at our photos, and we can't wait to see what the video looks like. Thank you Michael, and your assistant Matt as well, for capturing our day so beautifully!

Micheal was amazing. He was able to capture every special moment of the day and made it look beautiful. He is so personable and is able make everyone comfortable in front of the camera. Micheal‘s attention to detail throughout the entire night was amazing. When someone from the wedding party was taking photos on their phone, he would appear and offer to take them with his camera. Even though he was able to capture every moment, his presence was so subtle, we were able to enjoy the moments with just our family.It is obvious that Micheal is passionate and truly enjoys photography. His enthusiasm is contagious. In addition to doing an amazing job capturing our special day, he was able to rearrange his schedule as we had to move our wedding five month early due to a family emergency. We wouldn’t have been able to make it through the day without him. Thank you Micheal!

I've literally wanted Michael Steingard to photograph my wedding since I was 10 years old.He made the biggest day of my life so easy, natural and stress free as my husband and I aren't typically comfortable in front of a camera, it was so easy, he asked us what we wanted in our own words and delivered exactly that and more. My husband and I are forever grateful for having Mike shoot for us and we'll cherish those memories as long as we live.

What really sets Michael apart from other photographers is his ability to connect with people and deliver outstanding customer service.Michael's fun personality made the process of photography a truly memorable part of our wedding day. Michael instantly made my husband and I feel comfortable; we both felt like we could be ourselves with Michael, and we believe this made a big difference in allowing Michael to capture us in a natural, joyful state. Also, Michael memorized the names of everyone in our wedding party, which made the process of photography more engaging and efficient.Michael is also fantastic with kids, which was so helpful to us! We had multiple children in our wedding party that were initially camera shy, and at times even grumpy, but Michael cheered the kids up when they were on the verge of a melt down, and got them all to smile in the right direction for our wedding photos.Furthermore, Michael has a unique ability to roll with the punches and capture candid, creative shots in some of the most unsuspected places and situations. For example, it rained sporadically throughout our wedding day. Initially we were very disappointed, but thanks to Michael, we’re grateful we had rain! Michael was able to redeem the disappointing weather by working with the rain to create some of our favourite outdoor photos from the day!Michael had an ever-present smile, a great attitude, and a genuine warmth whenever he was working with us. He even made a surprise coffee run on the way to our reception after my husband joked that he would love to have a coffee! Michael was also flexible to accommodate our timelines and ensure that we captured the photos we wanted, while still maintaining flexibility to capture candid creative shots that we love!Michael also had a very fast turnaround time. Michael advises that he takes 8-10 weeks to deliver final edits, but we were very pleased to receive a link for sample photos the day after our wedding. Michael also played a slideshow at our wedding reception during our dance with a collection of photos from throughout the day. The photos looked fantastic and it was nice for our guests to enjoy seeing a summary of the day while celebrating with us.We cannot recommend Michael Steingard photography enough, and if we ever need photography again, we will be calling Michael!
