Ace Ping Pong Lounge

Visited First time yesterday. Such a good a place to play ping pong and get together with friends. Never expected such a good hospitality. Ambiance is so good. Had a blast time there. Burnt a lot of calories playing ping pong.

Our visit here was absolutely phenomenal. Our servers were so friendly and the food was served hot and was amazing! We went on a Sunday and It's the perfect place for a late date night. Would recommend for anyone looking to try something new. Seriously don't pass this place up :)

I was here Saturday, January the 14th with my friends. Was told the waiting time for the ping pong table was an hour and a half. We waited patiently. Eventually, my friend asked the bartender when it would be our turn. The bartender gave us complimentary drinks for having to wait and told us that it was finally our turn. We appreciated that. Everything was great at that point. However, within 15-20 (not even 20 mins) of us playing ping pong, one guy (customer) approached me and another guy (also a customer) approached my friend from the other side of the ping pong table and bribed us with $50 to give up the table. The guy that came to me said that he only wanted to play a quick game so I said sure and he took my ping pong racket. However, my friend who was on the other side of the ping pong table said no. She wasn’t about to be taken advantage of. Long story short, those two guys along with their friends and girlfriends took over our table. We had the table for maybe 15 mins at the MOST. We were irritated that we had waited over an hour and a half, then finally got our table just to have it stolen from us. Now the normal thing to do in this type of scenario is talk to the staff. And that’s what we did. There were only 2 bartenders that night. So my friend went ahead and talked to one of the bartenders trying to explain what had just happened. Initially the one bartender (with a beard) was willing to hear her out and asked her to go in the back so she did. Now, the other bartender (black hair) told her that she wasn’t allowed back there, that she was trespassing etc. We were both really agitated at this point. All we wanted from all this is for the bartenders to hear us out, treat us FAIRLY and tell that group of people who stole our table that they had to wait for their turn just like we did. We were taken advantage of by the two guys who bribed us with money for the table. But worst of all, the bartenders let it happen. They weren’t willing to hear us out. They ended up kicking us out. & Why you may ask?! Because my friend was “tipsy.” She was perfectly fine the ENTIRE night UNTIL NOBODY was willing to just hear her out. We’re the ones getting kicked out while the two guys that bribed with money get to continue to play. Never have we ever experienced being treated this unfairly.

I had a really terrible experience, as did my friend(s). On Saturday, January the 14th. Rather than posting the whole unfortunate story, which I will do if I don't hear back, I hope to get the contact information for whoever it is we are meant to make complaints to.Thank you,

Nice small business in uptown Waterloo. Only 2 tables but plenty of room to play. Service is extremely helpful and friendly. A little pricy but nice destination for an hour of fun and exercise. A good change from the normal bar or game.

Great atmosphere and amazing service but the wait is long if you don't book ahead. Wish they were open more often!

Amazing place and amazing people. We went there a bit early (around 7ish) on a Friday evening and we were the first ones there.Blake hosted us and he is a wonderful host. He gave us the freedom to enjoy ping pong without worrying much about the time and gave us chips on the house. Also, the lighting and the music makes it a fun ambience.I personally had a Moscow mule which was pretty good and I would highly recommend it.Overall, if you enjoy playing ping pong with some alcohol, then this is a great place.Great idea to open this place!

Stumbled upon this place a week ago. It has a fun vibe with neon lights and really bomb drinks! Affordable and a fun place to go. Wish they had more food options too.

Worst experience on king Street bar, zero star for Saturday night party. It's a small game club not pub, won't recommend.30 people crowd, half of them were staff, rip off.
