I purchased a Groupon for a shellac manicure and spa pedicure (original retail value $250). I was quite disappointed by the limited selection of colours available, which were further limited by the fact that some were shellac only and some were unavailable because they had dried up". I had to upgrade my pedicure in order to be able to choose from more colours. I was then told that they don't do designs on the weekends because of how busy they are; however

I went in for a shellac manicure and had a very pleasant experience with Eva. She is so careful and precise with the manicure. Great place and great service. Will be returning.

I am so glad I went to this place for body massage and facial. Staff there are super friendly and knowledgeable. It's so relaxing and with a touch of luxury. I am very happy with the service and will be returning for other services they provide.

I'm disappointed with the customer service here. Should have read the reviews before purchasing my Groupon deal with them. I had called in multiple times to schedule an appointment but they were too busy to pick up my calls and return them. They were also fully booked with limited times. So I scheduled an appointment a month in advance and took time off work, only to leave without my appointment because they scheduled it on the wrong day. I wanted to try a facial there, but due to the hassle of even coming in - I asked Groupon for a refund instead. I'd recommend you confirm your appointment beforehand - I don't think they speak or understand English well based on my interactions with the staff.

I went in yesterday for a FACIAL, just a basic facial and nothing else. And for some odd reason she does my eyebrows with a razor!!!!! Without me even telling her or anything!!!!! I was trying to grow them out to do them professional but she does them horribly!!! I am very disappointed with her, she had NO RIGHT to touch my eyebrows. And on top of that she was asking for tips...... like no you are NOT going to get a tip for something I did NOT want.

First became a customer when I came across their groupon, after their great 1st time service then i ended up becoming a long time member having mani pedi, massage, facials all done by these 2 owners of the company and looking to expand the services to try in coming future. i see a lot of negative reviews and can understand there could be instances on a few mishaps, but they are true service to their customers and most of us are actually long term members for years. Hope others will give them another shot with an open mind, being nice helps :)
