Pizza Delight
This was the most dissapointing experience i’ve ever had a pizza delight. My mother was looking forward to go during her trip in new brunswick. I called ahead to ask if they had a buffet. The server who took our call put us on hold and after 4 minutes i hung up and went to the restaurant anyway. The server who had our table only took our order and never checked on ud to see how the meal was. We had to flag down another waiter to get a refill. We felt pretty bad as other customers had a different server and that server was checking up on the other customers. It was dissapointing as no server took our dirty plates away and some even looked at the ground while we tried to flag them down. During our meal, i got a call back from pizza delight but i didnt answer as i was already in the restaurant. During the meal, the phones were rigning and our server did not pick up calls. One of the other servers yelled across the dining room « looks like you don’t want to take calls ». Very unprofessional. At the end, we paid and the server did not say goodbye, thank you, offered any appologies or asked how she can do better. We will not be going back to this location and we wish that staff could be trained better (by shadowing, do practise runs) before they hit the floor.

Pizza Delight
Tonight we were a party of 8. I have not had good luck with Sackville Pizza Delight through 3 owners or more. Tonight was doughy pizza and panzerottis, a donnair pizza with unordered bbq sauce on it, having to get our own cutlery. The owner and staff are pleasant people, very friendly and courteous but the food is so hit and miss. Doughy pizza has been the main issue over the years. My 3 star rating mostly for the pleasant atmosphere created by the staff!

Pizza Delight
We decided to try this location again after its reopening, poor decision on our part. The service was ok but the food was subpar. We had ordered wings and cheese fingers for appetizers and a large super Donair and small pizza for the main. The wings were undercooked, fingers were ok, both the Donair and pizza were undercooked, and the dough was almost runny. We ate the toppings and called it a day. When we got the bill we were shocked as they had charged us for Donair sauce for the fingers and wing sauce for the wings. We could have went to the Keg and had a wonderful meal for the same price as the slop we were fed here. Lesson learned, I used to like Pizza delights but can certainly understand why they have been closing locations. This has not been our first bad experience with this franchise, I like super donairs and keeping hoping for a better experience. As a side note, the restaurant beside this one was packed and there was nobody here on a Friday night, should have been my first clue. Stay away.

Pizza Delight
Oh my god !!!!!!!! (These were my words when I tasted their DONAIRS). Very comfy environment, friendly staff and owners are so down to earth that they would even come out and chat with you. LOVED IT!

Restaurant under new ownership, went in was promptly greeted. Owner sat us down very friendly. Server was great and very friendly kept us filled with water and drinks. Food was fast and tasty. Glad that they are opened again.

Always enjoy our visits to Pizza Delight, food is good and we are often served by a lady, Bev, I believe is her name, with her smiling face and upbeat personality ices the cake! Everyone seems so accommodating and friendly.

Best pizza and service. We needed lunch before our long drive through NB. The large pizza and garlic fingers deal is best kind. The toppings are fresh, sauce tangy, crust a good balance of soft and crisp. Not only did we get lunch for two, but there is enough leftover for dinner all for $30. The owner was incredibly kind and service exceptional. We are super impressed and will stop in again on our way back through.

i wanted a kitty pizza, like just a cheese pizza with the fun toppings but apparently they cannot come through because i’m not a child. what the hell? why does my age prevent what toppings you can place upon my snack? absolute madness. also no more bread grill which was the only good part of this pathetic chain.

Pizza Delight
Unfortunately staff was not up to par. Pizza was doughy and under cooked. They asked what would be served for drinks. Requested 3 beer a water and a pop, recieved 4 pop 1 water.. They served our starter of nachos with our meal. After about sitting 15 mins with no other customers staff came to say they were having difficulties and didnt jave cheese for the nachos and their colleague has gone to the store for more. Overall i like pizza delight but this one in particular. Not so happy. Bad service. No tax though.........
