Rafael’s team was great! We had some very large pieces that they strategically moved and carefully considered to ensure no damage was done to the walls. They packed the furniture properly and laid out mats to protect our stairs and floors.Overall great experience! Will definitely use again

Make sure you get all details in writing and don’t pay until the END!At first, they were very helpful and professional in getting me a quote/flat rate invoice for a piano move that included a second story (staircase) drop off. The price was a bit more expensive than others I called but due to their customer service I picked them.Piano move date: they received payment and picked up the piano without issue, when they arrived at drop off location, they “were not told of staircase/second story” and only quoted for first floor (no steps). Stuck without piano or money as they had both, tried to negotiate a reasonable exchange but they declined budging and ended up paying $200 more then quoted/invoiced!Contacted the office numerous times with attempts to speak with owner (Igor) to attempt to reasonably resolve this matter but after over a month of calling and leaving messages and waiting no response!So please decide on a different company and be clear with your requests and thank you for reading this review if you got to the end!Side note, nothing negative could be said about the actual moving workers as they were very respectful and were apologetic about the situation.

Needed help moving my dad when his landlords kicked him out so they could jack the rent. The team at Hercules were professional, honest and fantastic communication from Shareef thoughout the whole process. Will definatly call if i ever have to move again.

Used Hercules moving to move the contents of my house into a storage pod. They were professional and fast and transparent about their pricing. They did an incredible job packing the storage unit. Would highly recommend.

Great group of individuals - On a last minute notice they pulled 5 guys together to move an entire 3400 Sq Ft house within a 6 hour window. The 'to' location was significantly smaller and without hesitation found ways to bring all of the furniture in.All items were wrapped professionally, and caused no damage to the house or items within the short period it took themWith a great attitude on one of the coldest nights of the year, I would definitely hire from Hercules once again

This was my first time using Hercules Moving Company and I was amazed by them. They were earlier then scheduled and they did an amazing job with everything, from wrapping, to deliver, to personalities, just amazing young me. Our movers arrived on time and were extremely efficient. They did everything they could to ensure they were moving our items safely and as quickly as they could. Everything went so smoothly that we ended up saving hundreds of dollars off of our original quote!

This review is a little late but better late than never. I booked Hercules Moving Company for my first ever professional move in Dec 2019. I was dealing with Paul at the customer service level. I called Paul several times to confirm my appointment as well as the various questions and Paul answered them all in a very calm and patient manner. On the day of the move Hercules people arrived dot on time at 10am as Paul told me they would. I was greeted by Rythm, Andrew and Serge. The team asked to review the contents of the move and we showed them around. They moved my entire house very professionally. They ensured all my furniture was properly wrapped and protected. They did not rush at all. I even offered them to break for lunch but they politely requested to continue on. There was no damage to my furniture during the move. All my contents were placed exactly where I wanted them to be placed in my new place. These guys were true professionals. I am a 100% satisfied with their service. I would recommend Hercules moving to anyone who is looking for professional and courteous movers. Thank you Hercules for making my move so worry free and easy.

Simon and his crew were fantastic! They arrived on time, worked tirelessly until everything was out of the apartment and made sure everything was safely packed so nothing would be damaged. Simon was very attentive and consistently asked if I liked how things were going and how the setup was. They made the entire moving process seamless and stress-free.Highly recommended service!

Stay away! The movers showed up late and then kept arguing with me when I asked the correct start time be recorded. Moving is already a stressful experience and these guys just added to that. Before I made the mistake of making a deposit with this company..I requested an estimator come to our house so I could accurately see what it will cost me. He quoted 8 hours for the job. The movers took 13 hours AND left some of my stuff there because the truck they sent was too small.So I'm out an extra 900 dollars and then they add on addtional fees for bubble wrap they used! On top of all this they scratched the floor and then told me don't worry you can fill it with a marker".Once they have all your stuff loaded you have pay in full while they hold your stuff hostage.
