Regal Cat Cafe
I was very excited coming to the cat cafe and had an amazing time I would of given it five stars how ever this one cashier that works in the front was NOT friendly or welcoming at all. She didn’t even crack a smile. The girl in the face mask was nice and so was the lady in the room with the cats. Please hire friendlier people. Thank you.

Pretty amazing spot.The establishment provides cute kitties a temporary home! Customers can spend some time with them and the funds are contributed to their well being during their stay at the cafe.The cafe and room with the cats are seperated. You must clean ur hands and take your shoes off. Very well maintained space. The cats are also well behaved and a joy to watch or play with. Guests can interact with the cats using a wide array of toys that can be found within the cat room.The experience is pretty affordable; 30 minutes is plenty, however, serious cat lovers can extend their time.The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Also, lots of cool cat themed goodies to purchase at the cafe. Worth the visit!

Regal Cat Cafe
Awesome cafe and great opportunity to visit some cute kitties. As someone in animal healthcare I was super pleased to see the cats are super well taken care of and seem happy and relaxed. The cafe is awesome as well, lots of vegan options if needed/preferred and friendly staff. It was also awesome to see that all the cats we went to visit have been adopted and will be going to their new homes soon!

It is a warm and welcoming space that promotes adopting cats. It is a great way for people to find a new cat to adopt or just get some time with friendly cats. They also have great activities, like cat yoga, photography classes or paint nights!

Cats + Coffee + Cat’s Merch = Heaven.Cats are so adorable and friendly, they probably got used to many guests visiting every 30mins.Happy that all of the 10 cats we visited that day were adopted and waiting to come to their forever home. ❤️

Absolutely adorable cats and good service. The workers were super friendly and helpful. You have to book a reservation online, as you aren't allowed to do walk-ins. You will be allowed 30 minutes of playtime with the cats once it's your turn.Do keep in mind that cats sleep for over 16 hours per day, so there's a decent chance most of them might be too sleepy to do anything. The one cat we did get to interact with was very playful, though.

First time here visiting the other day! The cafe is big and nice, lots of seating and a cozy little cat stuff shop. I appreciate that the cafe is owned by a charity and thus I am willing to give a little laxity on the pricing. However I was thrown off by the pricing scheme (partially my fault for not asking first, I suppose).I came in and spent 20$ on a coffee and a couple cookies with a tip and also left a donation. I suppose I was assuming that they had a drink minimum and I'd be able to quickly pet a cat and leave. I turned around to see the signs that it's an additional $10 per half hour to visit the cats. While I totally understand that the rent on the space must be high and that it is a charity, I do feel that this pricing scheme disincentives people from spending money in the cafe. It also encourages people to loiter in the cat room for a minimum of 30 minutes. I would be personally happier with some kind of spending minimum in the shop / cafe and then a briefer 15 minute time limit in the cat room with no additional fee. Then people who do want to hang out in the cat area for longer but not purchase food can pay the $20 per hour if they prefer.It would be good for the staff to at least give the spiel on the pricing system to customers when they approach the desk so that they understand before deciding how to spend their money. I didn't receive any info from the staff despite there being a few of them about and the cafe being quiet. I'm still leaving a 5 star review as I appreciate the mission!

This was my first time visiting a Cat Cafe and it was a wonderful experience! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the cats were so cute and friendly too. I had a Hot Chocolate which was good and you can tell the cats are very well cared for when inside the Cat area.

My daughter loved it here! Do we NEED another cat? Nope. Do we want another cat? Also no. But they have decent lattes and baked goods. Lots of cute little souvenirs to buy. And she loved hanging out with the kitties for half hour.
