We were vacationing in Vernon area, when our brakes gave out. Richard got us in the very next morning, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs in time for us to be able to check out of our place. Did an oil change at the same time. He was great to work with and we greatly appreciate that he helped us on such short notice.
