Polar Battery

I'm about to replace my battery, not because it has issues but because I'm about 8 years in now on the same battery. Since I replaced my Motomaster battery with a premium battery from Polar, it's been perfect. They installed it in the parking lot without fuss.I won't consider going elsewhere.

Only place I've found in the area that sells JIS to SAE car battery terminal adapters that allow you to easily run North American batteries in JDM vehicles without any modifications. They had plenty in stock for great prices and I was in and out with a pair in no time. I've been running this pair in my JDM Toyota for the past 6 months and they've never failed me. With the JDM import scene being as big as it is in the Lower Mainland, I'm surprised these things aren't more widely available, but I'm grateful that Polar has them when everyone else doesn't.

I came into the shop with battery issues on Friday, Eric and Dave were super helpful with helping me fix my problems. Genuine place full of amazingly helpful people. Would definitely come back to purchase more batteries from these guys again and again.Thank you guys again for helping to keep my vehicle powered and myself safer on the road.Cheers!

Great staff, very helpful, excellent variety of batteries, electronics connectors and terminals, and free battery recycling. Staff is very knowledgeable and experienced.

Discovered after returning from vacation my car battery was dead and needed replacement. Late on Friday afternoon of a long weekend, I called Polar and talked to Rob to see if they had a replacement in stock. They did and I headed right down there with my jump started Corolla. Rob took care of the sale then installed my new battery in less than 10 minutes. He gave me some good advice for the future about car battery usage. Overall, great experience with Rob at Polar and now I’m set for winter when it comes!

David and Glen helped me out troubleshooting my van power. I ended up not needing a battery after they ran it thru some tests. They were professional and very knowledgeable. I’ll be back for sure.

Went to Polar Battery to find a new battery for my sons electric motorcycle. What I thought would be a complicated endeavour was quite simple. The staff member was kind, knowledgeable and educated me on how to install and charge it. I recommend this place to anyone that need to be pointed in their direction

A car battery that dies after 3 years? I won't be wasting my money there anymore. Costco has 100 months warranty for a similarly priced battery.

I had a slow cranking starter this morning. I brought it in and they Load tested my old battery....told me it was probably good for another year ( 400 cranking amps new one is 650). I decided to replace it now rather than later...the price was excellent and they had it in stock....installation would be $20 but I installed it myself using their tools. I'd definitely go back.

I have been going to this place for the last 8+ years, would find it simple just to go and get my new battery installed, they were kind and found the service to be good, had recommended it to three four people as well. Unfortunately this has changed the person at the counter that helped me seemed annoyed at being bothered for some assistance, they also did not want to install the new battery on the same car they had installed their Polar batterry battery 3-4 years ago claiming it was not allowed because they had to reset something and they did not have the tools even though they did it last time and saw the polar battery. A battery place that cannot install a battery has no purpose, so I took my business elsewhere and will not come back. I will also let the people I recommended it to in the past know not to expect the same service as before and just go somewhere else for a battery.
