I had seen a dress online and fallen in love with it, but Sarah Louise no longer stocked it. However, when I contacted them to ask about it, they made arrangements to borrow it from True Bride so I could try it on.On the day, Anne- Marie was brilliant. She was very patient with how indecisive I was (I ended up loving lots of different dresses!) and really helped me with my decision. I ended up saying yes to the very dress I had loved online. The whole experience was wonderful and the staff could not have been nicer to me and my party. They truly went above and beyond and I can not recommend them highly enough!

What an amazing experience at Sarah Louise! Amanda was amazing and made me feel really relaxed and made the whole experience so enjoyable! There was absolutely so pressure and Amanda was so helpful. I loved how I was able to go around the store and pick a few options and then Amanda proposed a few wild choices. I found a dress I absolutely love however i had another dress shop booked and Amanda was so accommodating with allowing me to come back the same day if I still loved the dress I initially found!When we went back my bridesmaids tried on a few dresses foe them and we ended up getting all of our dresses here!! Amazing experience, amazing expert advice and a massive tick off of my to do list!!Can't wait to come back when my dress is in! Highly recommend, top tip...ask for Amanda when you book!

Had a brilliant experience here buying my wedding dress. This is the first bridal store I visited and I ended up buying my dress and veil. Lorraine and her team were so lovely, warm and welcoming as well as knowledgeable and helpful. I had such a lovely day and felt like a priority despite the shop being busy with other appointments. Cannot recommend enough!

I had the most wonderful experience here yesterday. We were made to feel so welcome. Amanda was so knowledgeable and helpful, I was very nervous at she put me at ease straight away. I tried on 10++ dresses and ended up falling for the first one I tried on. Amanda was great at pinning and adapting the dresses to show me what could be done at the fitting stage.I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. Overall a very special experience. I found my wedding dress at Sarah Louise Bridal.The ladies who work in the shop couldn’t have been more helpful, so kind, welcoming and professional too. Anne-Marie helped me to find my dream dress and let me come back later in the day to try on more dresses as I was initially undecided - this really helped me to decide and there was no time pressure. You are amazing at your job and nothing was a hassle for you. Thank you!!

So happy to have said 'yes to the dress' at Sarah Louise. The shop had the most beautiful selection of dresses, probably the best I had seen out of the few shops I had been to. I had a really lovely shopping experience all thanks to Amanda. You are amazing at your job! How you got a dress on several sizes too small and make it look good, I will never know! I'm not a great shopper but felt completely comfortable and at ease with you. Thank you so much. Also worth noting that I took plenty of time deciding and didn't feel pressured or rushed at all! Successful visit to Sarah Louise Bridal today would highly recommend.Everyone of the team were friendly, welcoming and not at all pushy, having visited several other bridal stores with varying experiences, this was a welcome relief. With the Sarah Louise booking policy you are given dedicated time in a calm environment with not too many other clients in store, imerdiately making me feel comfortable. The chilled Prosecco was a welcome and surprising treat for the bridal party!Special note for Amanda who was my expert consultant, I cannot thank Amanda enough for her patience whilst I tried many dresses and ensuring they were pinned and tucked to perfection to get a good idea of how a correctly sized dress would look. It was Amanda who selected a wild card dress to try, a style I had dismissed in my head, which in fact was the perfect dress for me and I cannot wait to wear it on my big day. Thank you Amanda !!Ordering process was simple and efficient, Amanda put me at ease around timelines and alteration needs and a lovely finishing touch of a lucky six pence for my shoe was a perfect end to a great experience. Wish I could do it all again and can’t wait to go back for my actual wedding dress in a few months time!
