Dixie X-Ray Associates

Dixie XRay at Burnhamthorpe staff told me to get my ultrasound done at 3461 Dixie location, after reconfirming the date and location about 15 times back and forth with me. Appointment delayed. Only when I complained they finally took me in, and in about 10 minutes I was out! Very sloppy job. To file complaint, their email is not in order. So convenient. I should go apply to work there to improve service!

People working there were not friendly not even close to be polite, except for the physician, a lady who did my ultrasound. As for the waiting sitting area, it's very small & pacte. Chairs were placed very close to each other. If someone present there with flue or covid, it's easy for anyone to catch it.

I got a bit scared by the previous comment I booked my ultrasound here given they have Saturday availabilities. I couldn't go my first apnt due to my kid got sick, the receptionist was nice enough to book the next Sat appointment. The ultrasound process was fast and wait time was quick. The lady was very kind and wished me good luck.

After looking at these reviews and finishing my xrays, I do not agree with these low reviews. This clinic has gave amazing service, the wait times were pretty decent considering it is a first come first serve basis. But overall experience 10/10

Reasonable, outdated looking inside but provides service you need.Very awkward location at this Burnhamthorpe branch, not to be confused with High Point Medical location just south of here on Dixie and Bloor. They both provide the same services. Always safer to call ahead for their protocols and if the service you need requires appointments, like Ultrasound. If you get confused at either location, they'll just let you know and direct you to the other one (same database to check your file/appointment). This location is on the first floor just past the elevators.Staff are decent but mostly just here for admin or minimum service, don't expect over the top service but still bare minimum will do. The technologist I had was very awkward during the session... (they were on a conference call) and tried to make small talk (no thanks!). I personally prefer the south location and then this one if I'm desperate.

The worst experience ever. I came here for my immigration X ray and the clinic was older than most of the clinica I've seen in my country. It was horrible, the technician did'nt know what he was doing, we had to wait 40minutes and there was no one there.

Completely incompetent. Had xrays done 2 WEEKS ago and they never faxed them to my doctor. The doctors office had to call them to fax it over. First time and LAST time at this disgusting place! You guys need to drink some pure coffee over there.

I gave my X Ray yesterday and they called me today to come over again as the Radiologist wants another one. I need to spend 40 dollars more on Uber for this. They said no reimbursement is provided. This is insane.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Dixie location. Had been there for my 16th week scan and the staff were very friendly at front desk as well as my technician Ms. Zar.Sometimes we read some bad reviews and go with a doubt but trust me the location was maintained well, hygienic, friendly staff and most importantly a very cooperative technician who explained the process in detail and made me feel comfy.Will definitely come back here for future.

The technologist who does the ultrasound is the rudest person ever. She literally shouted at us when we went to the clinic. I am just wondering what the healthcare company is doing after reading so many reviews of people having similar experiences.
