What a great dealership!!! Needed ice scratchers and sled was brought in right away to get us back out on trails. Very friendly staff and mechanics. Was treated like a life long customer. Can’t say enough good things. The girls at front desk were very knowledgeable as I was looking for a new helmet also. Definitely will be back!Thanks again.

This shop is horrible. Certain individuals who work there are great people, but overall, the service/customer service is not good.I wasn't going to post a review because mistakes happen, and I don't want to harm their reputation because of a silly mistake. But, after 2 mistakes, poor communication and poor customer service, I can come to the conclusion that there is more to the poor service than just a mistake.First, I drop my sled off for service. Once returned there is a bogie wheel missing. I take it for a ride and notice a HAMMER jammed in the suspension. I take it out, but it clearly did damage. Not many kilometers later, a bogie wheel breaks off as well as the track rips 3/4 of the way across.This was resolved by them covering the majority of the track cost. I was happy enough with the outcome. They didn't deny responsibility so kudos to them for that. Only reason I am not giving them 1 star.Now I have my machine back with a new track. The track is good, not cheap, good studs, and no complaints. But, once I took it for a test drive, about 20km in, the chain started slipping in the chain case. I again return the sled to them. They call me to tell me the chain just stretched. Well, if you think I believe a hardened steel chain stretches in 20km then you must think I'm pretty dumb. What topped it all off for me and made me post this review, is that because of their screw up, I had to tow my machine and ruined another vacation day for me, yet they couldn't even change the chain case oil. They just overfilled it. Like come on, you clearly didn't lock the chain tensioner, and you return my machine with metal shavings in the oil?? You think I didn't use a borescope before returning it to check the internal condition and record the oil level at the time?So 2 months of the winter was consumed because of their mistake, and I am currently more worried to use my machine than before I brought it to them.For the record, I have had the machine for 4 years and 9000km. Never had an issue that required any work. Just routine maintenance. Yamaha is top tier quality.My total time with TPS cost me $2700. And now I have to put another $1000 into my chain case to have the same reliability as before I let them touch it.

My new friends, Temiskaming Power Sports - TPS are miracle workers!My typically dependable Arctic Cat broke down just outside Kirkland Lake on Friday. Alway fun when you have 8 buddies now waiting trailside.Within a few minutes of my call to TPS, Bill was on the road with a trailer to pick me up. An expedited repair that afternoon was followed by Bill driving me to meet up with my friends in Iroquois Falls. My sledding trip barely missed a beat.Spectacular service Bill! Thank you.

Wrong parts ordered constantly...blames customer for wrong parts ordered then keeps the money... Slow on parts ordered... Argent staff when faced with issues... Negative 5 star rating!!

I have to say Thank you to the crew at Temiskaming powersports! We planned a big Elk Lake to Cochrane trip this week and Bill and the crew at the New Liskard Arctic cat dealer stepped up huge when I needed them to help diagnose a power valve and clutch issue. Awesome getting to know you guys and thank you for continuing to cater to the snowmobile community!! Thank you for looking after me!!

I am a pro skidoo guy and wasn't much into artic cat. Bought my first cat and the service at power sports is amazing from boat motor to sleds. You order threw power sports. You will get what you ordered in a decent time. By far the best artic part shop around the area. Front desk is always in a happy mood to serve you.

Great service at TPS. Went to pick up a Artic Blast rental on Saturday morning and they ended up having the Ace 900 so we grabbed that instead. After we got all set up we ended up coming back to TPS as one of our own other machines was having a belt issue. The guys had the part we needed and ended up fixing it for us within an hour so we could get out. Everyone was super nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

I had taken a jetski in for servicing and there were a couple of hickups. The dealer was focused on getting it right and making sure I was pleased with the service. The service was excellent is all I can say! They looked for solutions and worked hard to ensure I was another happy customer. 5 out of 5 star customer service rank from me!!
