Real good people and very professional

I would give negative stars if I could, If HELP is what you are looking for, this company certainly is not it. I accidently locked myself out of my vehicle yesterday evening and was parked very close to their location. After calling them and wasting my time by taking all my details including my licence plates so he knew my cars make/model and verified my identitity. He proceeded to give me a highway robbery price of $179 for a UNLOCK (I agreed, I was alone at night, I am not from Quebec, nor do I speak French, and as a single woman alone in an unknown area, I felt I had no other option if I wanted to get back into my car safely). He then subsequently demanded I pay first (with no service rendered, but sharing all my payment details to a stranger on the phone during an emergency) I politely reminded him, i locked myself out of my car, my purse and all my cards are locked in the car but I will pay as soon as he unlocks my vehicle. He REFUSED. I was shocked, like I literally cannot pay you and I am stranded in a unknown area in the dark, but he thought holding me up for money was the ethical thing to do. He insisted that was their standard bsuiness practice, but I would argue my ethnic name and Ontario license likely had much to do with that. If that doesn't scream bad business practices targeting vulnerable people then please call this business so that you can pay exorbitant fees, get exploited in a crises and still not get service. I had a fairly simple issue - an unlock - but if you have a serious accident or are hurt and seeking help, do NOT call this business.And in case you are wondering they are perfectly anglophone, he spoke impeccable English, there was zero miscommunication and I couldn't have been more polite. Don't support large, heartless coporations like this, instead support small tow operators like Mayday Towing who not only showed up in 15 mins, but literally asked for nothing more then my location and took only $65 even though it costs him much more for gas/time and he casually mentioned other operators charge $80. I lucked out and found an alternative honest, ethical and caring business owner right away. Don't get held up at gunpoint by this terrible business when you are in a desperate situation. Instead go to a business with integrity from the start, and save yourself the hassle and time. Stay safe everyone.

I was impressed with the care and attention to detail they took when they loaded and unloaded my car. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using their services next time I need a tow.Excellent experience, I would highly recommend.
