Staff are cool, but that can't save the quality of the food they serve. You can tell they never change their oil, chicken smelled fishy, even my car smelled like fish when I was driving home with my order. To make it worse they didn't even give me the right order. Feel like I wasted $40 for a stomach ache and old chicken. Do not go here.

My 6 year old nephew wanted to have Popeyes. He loves his fries, his chicken and his biscuits. For some odd reason, the location didn’t have biscuits when we were ordering, my nephew took the fact and was calm. We got our food and were enjoying it, when halfway through Arisha came in, with a Tim hortons bag and two Tim’s cookies for my nephew. It melted my heart and made my day. Such a kind small gesture. I wish you the best of both worlds and request the management to value such employees.

The staff is absolutely horrible they had me waiting for an order for 45 minutes and when I asked how long will it take the old guy shouted I told you she was making it didn't I". I have never been treated so disrespectfully in restaurant before in my life. Who ever owns this place need to get rid of that old guy in the front because he is makeing you lose customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Visited multiple times and thought the service was quite fast. I recommend using the app to order since the cashiers' first language isn't English. Food quality is good - it was fresh from my experiences.On every visit, there seems to be kids running around a lot. The dining area is really small with kids playing and running. A lot of families come to eat here and stay for a bit. Just a heads up.

It's Popeyes, what else do you need? The food is amazing and this location is specially good. Best item is the spicy chicken sandwich or the ghost pepper wings. Do get mild items, only get the spicy ones. Spicy isn't spicy, it's just seasoned.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT HAIR IN YOUR FOOD!!!! Over the weekend, I baught from this franchise and got the 16 chicken peice family sized meal. As me and my kids were eating we found A DISGUSTING LONG PEICE OF BLACK HAIR wrapped around NOT 1 BUT 2 pieces of chicken. I was horrified and I was unsure if the rest of the food might have hair as well and it got eaten accidentally. I went back for a refund but the customer service was awful. They did not give me the refund and offered to give me 2 clean peices of chicken instead, I refused since how would I ever eat again from a store that does not care about the health and saftey of their customers. Also I was still unsure of the saftey of the rest of their food. The manager was also very careless, I told them that I would call health and saftey but they told me Go ahead". I am writing this review to prevent this from happening to anyone else and for your saftey!!!"

I asked to buy spicy mayo on the side as I got spicy tenders as my meal. the manager said I can’t sell you the spicy mayo as they “ran out” of their container. How is that my problem ? I asked to put it in a big container but same portion. The manager says no we can’t it’s not worth it for us. what kinda service is this.

This is honestly an amazing place. The workers are very kind and generous. The food is 10/10 and relatively still cheap. I love the atmosphere. They also provide free water, free refills for drinks, and free wifi. 5 star definitely.
