Counter tops look amazing. They arrived on time and installation only took a couple hours. Good work guys.

Nancy was amazing. The countertop were installed to perfection and the product is amazing. Even when we needed some extra product for a secondary backsplash, the Prins team served us with excellence.

This review is solely based on the warranty of the product they installed, which seems to be non existent. I haven't dealt with them directly, as they were sub contracted by my cabinet maker. If I'd state one bad word about their installation process , I 'd be lying. Everything was done properly and in a timely fashion. Then few weeks after the install, my wife set down a silicone padded glass lunch container on the edge of the countertop and that resulted in a piece breaking off. I reached out to the cabinet maker and asked if I could get it repaired under a warranty claim. To to be fair, the message about a fee associated with that service got lost in ether, but we would have not consented if we knew there was a fee. They scheduled a guy who came in and fixed the chip. I chatted him up and I showed him how it happened. His response to me was that there must been something else to it. Well, there wasn't.At the end of the day , they slapped us with a $75 repair fee. The invoice that that they sent us has a disclaimer that reads : Prins countertops does not guarantee/warranty stone (color/shine/performance).If you can't stand by you product , you shouldn't be selling it, no? Finally, do not assume that everyone out there is liar.

We bought a new house that had a small deficiency and the Prins CCounyertop technician came to fix it. He was very kind and professional and did high quality work.
