OmG. So professional at this vet. And the vet in herself goes very thorough with all the animals. I was going to a closer vet but now I'm debating. I love Liz (the vet) and I think I'm going to drive it even tho it takes 40 minutes. I just love these people at this vet. I'm telling you viewers this is a great vet office. And just by chance I got them while they were taking new patients. I wud give 100 Stars if I cud... bravo

The level of kindness my family and I have received from the staff at this business is indescribable. They have now cared for 2 of our pets with the most patience you could ever imagine. And they didn’t even have a chance to care for our third before he passed, but they knew he passed and went out of their way to send a sympathy card for him. For an animal they have never even met; but knew our hearts were broken from losing him. So one thing I want to say is paying for good care for your pets is one thing.. but to have a staff of people put out such effort for an animal that never even paid any bills, that is another level of service in my opinion. Separate to that, they have always been so quick to answer and help me with our other 2 pets and accommodate our crazy work schedules for appointments. I truly can not say enough good things. So thank you to everyone - Michelle, Melissa, Dr Liz, Teagan, Edith and Missy. Your team is extraordinary!

The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to both pets and their owners.During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Andrew, who is an exceptional veterinarian. Dr. Andrew's professionalism, compassion, and expertise were evident from the moment we met him. He took the time to listen to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. He even provided us with some valuable advice on how to improve our pet's overall well-being.Dr. Andrew's bedside manner was also exceptional, and he made our pet feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. He was gentle, thorough, and kind, which was very reassuring to both our pet and us.Overall, our experience at this veterinary clinic was fantastic, and we cannot recommend it enough. We are grateful to have had Dr. Andrew as our veterinarian and are confident that he is one of the best in the field. After phoning 5 other vets closer to my house, I phoned Lakeside Vets. The girl who answered the phone was so kind & polite & caring about my kitten. After I explained I thought my wee one had some kind of worms, I was lucky they had an opening on Monday at 9am. I walked in & overwhelmed at the welcome. My little girls name was on the welcome board, & all the staff if the office treated us like family. My girl was handled with only caring hands. The Vet was amazing & so are her staff. Thank you so much for looking after my little Buttons.

The staff are so kind and ready to help you, the Vet was very professional and knowledgeable about her diagnosis and exams on our dog. The vet assistance were very considerate for our dogs anxiety and did everything to comfort him as much as possible. Love it love them. I wont ever use another vet again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and the staff here. I first starting going to Lakeside when my foster kitten was having gastro issues on a Friday during the day time. I called several vets who couldn’t see Monty but Lakeside was soooo kind on the phone and were able to squeeze me in same day. I was so happy with the level of service that I’ve since brought my kittens back for a regular checkup and my mom has switched her pets to Lakeside as well.The inside and equipment is extremely clean and looks brand new. When you come in for your appointment they put your pets name on a welcome board in the lobby - so cute. The staff are all extremely friendly, helpful & GREAT with animals. They never rush anything and always take time to make sure your pets are happy and comfortable. I’ve dealt with Dr. Vaughn and my mom has dealt with Dr. Bush, and we both really liked them. Dr. Vaughn takes the time to explain everything they’re doing and what’s going on with you pet in a way that’s easy to understand. Shoutout to Edith as well and her kindness on the phone when my kitten was having his gastro issues was really appreciated! Every single employee I’ve met has been FANTASTIC. I’m so so so happy taking my pets to this vet practice!
