UPS WAREHOUSE

!Stay away from UPS at all costs for shipping important packages! I've just found out that after 3 weeks that a package has been sitting at their depot due to a clerical error on their part. The deadline has now passed and my business is now out the $500 in submission fees for beers we were entering into the Ontario Brewing Awards!Don't worry though they were damn sure to charge me to ship both these packages quickly and have offered nothing to make it right other than an oops we're sorry! I'll be lucky to even get a refund on half the shipment or any sincere ownership of the errors that they made. Right now I am so upset I can't even come to terms with the fact that they took 3 weeks to contact me, had contact been made much sooner they could've got the package to its destination on time and all would have been well.So to sum things up here's to hoping that whatever 3 beers did make it into judging for the awards do well, and in the future we will be using a much more reliable means of shipping important parcels than the Useless Parcel Screwups that is UPS!End Rant

lazy delivery driver left a note on my door instead of delivering my package, didn't even bother ringing the doorbell!!!!, I saw the truck pull up and got up to answer the door and they drove off!!, called the dispatch and still didn't get my package, I paid for expedited!!!!!

I talked with Susan today at the ups brantford shipping centre, she is the most unhelpful person telling me that my package and others including rotten ingredients food is not a priority and that we just need to wait. She told me they work 12 hour days all weekend my response we own a roofing company that works seven days a week 18 hour days there’s no reason for this.But now for the shining star of UPS Melissa Cromwell, she took the time to see if my package was thier and it was and she bring it out.Outstanding service from this lady thank you thank you thank you! I ordered a photo book from VistaPrint. UPS lost itVistaPrint ordered a replacement and a rush delivery was paid for by VistaPrint and delivery was Oct. 25 2021. No parcel was delivered.I phoned and parcel they thought was in the same city I live but could take a week to be delivered.

Clean your truck and floors regularly! I have yet to receive a package that wasn’t disgustingly dirty.

It's mind blowing that a shipping company doesn't have a solution for missed delivery attempts. Unreal how difficult it is to try and schedule a pick up, get a time, or get the package left on your door step.

We ordered an air conditioner through Amazon, and Amazon decided to use UPS. I had a notice left that it was undeliverable even though there was no call attempt at my building. The next day (July 6), I watched the female UPS driver come in to the building with another smaller package and deliver that. She was about to leave when my husband ran down and had to ask her if she had anything else. This was an 80lbs air conditioner. She did not even have a dolly to bring in the package and was unable to carry it in. My husband carried the package. It was pretty obvious she had ZERO intention of delivering our package.UPS DRIVERS: Please don’t apply to jobs if you are physically incapable of doing it.UPS: Please don’t hire drivers that aren’t capable of delivering packages, OR don’t accept heavy package deliveries if your drivers aren’t able to lift or carry them!

It’s always so easy to complain but I love being able to BRAG! There was a mishap and they did everything they could to help me. So much as having someone pick up my parcel from who knows where and delivering to my house on their way home on Easter weekend. Jeff(?), the woman who answered.. they listened to me and saved Easter! I cannot thank these guys enough. I have not had any issues with this warehouse, they are the most helpful! They even go out of their way to at times call me to let me know that they have a package for me that may have an incorrect address, and other times when I have a delivery that has duty needing to be paid with no information they are quick to help find the info I need (Tracking #), and call back so I can pay the duty online and receive my shipment.

Useless useless company. Notice on tracking that my package has been sitting in there warehouse that's 30 minutes away from my home" for over 2 days. When I tried to call them at lunch time to see if I can pick it up myself
