Kellen was super helpful and knowledgeable about both the tech in the phones and the stock available without even having to check! He made switching from tbaytel effortless for my mom and I. He was able to quickly explain the transferring process, plus explaining all that the plan included, leaving no questions or guessing later! We needed a very specific SD card (mini, under 32GB) which another store didn't have in stock. The employee was super friendly and got out from behind the counter to show us what we needed, which was in stock. We purchased a 32GB mini SD card for close to $20 after taxes, we are from out of town and expected to pay a little more than we would back home so we are satisfied with our purchase and service.

Honestly, the staff at Northern Sounds and Systems are the best! 100% knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a customer with them for many years and can honestly say I have never been disappointed. Also, they have a ton of great products. Everything about this establishment is quality and next-to-none when it comes to customer service.
