Completely disrespected as a customer. I called in asking what models you have for a specific price point and as I was asking questions I was hung up on. I was looking for 8 cellphone and due to your lack of respect that will be a decent size sale you just lost! I hope you take this as a lesson in your customer service department for this behavior will impact your company greatly if other customers are experiencing this.

I brought my IPhone XR in after I had dropped and cracked the screen and damaged the LCD. I called around to a few places and Geosat was by far the cheapest and responded quickly. It took them an hour and they had repaired my screen as well as provided a screen protector and new case FREE. Their customer service is by far the best I have experienced and I was beyond happy leaving with my phone looking brand new! I highly recommend going to them for all of your repair needs.Summary:Friendly, Responds Quickly, Trust worthy, Great Prices, Efficient and Excellent Screen Repair.

The worst place to take a phone or iPad for screen replacement. They probably use fake screens that break up within 2 weeks or less. You take the phone back to be fixed again, the warranty y tell you; you break the screen & it's not under so go to court. The 2 men that run that store are very rude once you get to this point. But when they want your business they pretend to be nice. I will never ever go back to them again for anything.

Great little store. The gentleman that spoke to me was quick to reply. Knowledgeable about what I needed. The prices are great. Compared to most places. I highly recommend this place and I am definitely going back.

I would give 10 stars if I could. I had my phone in another shop for 3 months and they couldn't fix it. They tried multiple screen and motherboard repairs". It took 3 hours with GeoSat

I called for a quote on a replacement screen earlier today, and received a prompt and professional response.It did seem a little expensive at first, but for the speed and quality of service (only took two hours and the gentleman I spoke to upon picking it up was incredible) it's well worth every penny.

The worst place to replace a screen for an iPad air 2So they replaced the screen, the job they did it was so bad that my brother try to understand why with a little pressure on the screen makes Marks! he said don't push too hard!it's an ipad for God sake of course the ipad screen can handle a little pressureSo my brother put it on my desk and I try to turn it on but it didn't work, the screen was black and there was lines in the screenLong story short I went there and he didn't want to replace the screen so the iPad is useless now and the way he was talking! it was the worst customer service.Check the picturesThe ipad not even sealed right

Best place in the city to get a new phone every time I’ve gone in they have always helped me especially today and now I will Ben going back soon to buy a newer phone ! Best prices and there quick and really good to work with highly recommend this place rather than any other place in Saskatoon ! 5/5 easily !!

My girlfriend and I both had the pleasure of meeting the gentleman at Geosat yesterday…and I’m sincere when I say a pleasure!I can honestly say I’ve never in my 62 of living to have received the service that we were given. It was our first time visiting the store, but by the time we left we felt like family.They went over the top to please us and help both of us understand as we aren’t very teky.We left the store with new phones in hand and couldn’t stop talking about our time with the guys and how genuinely satisfied we were with absolutely everything about our purchase and making new friends.We can’t say enough about how awesome our time was and we both recommend the next time you need a phone or computer or service…you gotta try here.Thanks guys!!!

Fantastic service! Had a badly cracked screen on my iPhone so called around a couple of places this afternoon, and Geosat quoted significantly better price. Based on excellent on-line reviews and the very good price I decided on them and dropped by. One hour later I picked up my new-looking phone! Work seems to have been done to a high quality and Geosat warranty their work. Extremely service oriented local owner and very friendly. I highly recommend them!
