We engaged GBI to remove and install a new pool liner. Although ordered in Oct 2020, through no fault of GBI, the liner manufacturer misplaced the order, necessitating a reorder in the spring. This delayed the liner installation until July. While waiting, we ordered a pool robot and a winter safety cover from GBI. The installation of both the liner, and subsequently the safety cover at the end of season were all carried out in a timely manner with their knowledgeable and professional staff. I found GBI were extremely responsive to any and all questions with particular thanks to Garrett and Jordan. I would fully recommend this company in the future.
