Small town gym with older equipment, however it does the job well! Never have seen it crowded. Always clean. Pleasant gym-goers who are there to focus on their work out. I like this gym a lot because it’s NOT a franchise.

We had a spa day here to celebrate our 40th. We had the lounge area to ourselves for the day, which included a snack tray and the most delicious coffee I have ever had. Each service was wonderful. The staff were amazing! We will definitely be back!

It's the only gym in lunenburg. It has ok equipment however is wildly overpriced for what it offers. But as mentioned they are the only show in town.
