They installed a new new part on my water softener but did not adjust the settings properly, so I went through three bags of salt in a week. I asked them to fix this and heard crickets, so it cost me $200 to get Border Plumbing to fix the mistake. I reached out to the company ONCE AGAIN and despite reading my text messages (thanks for the read receipts!), they are saying they didn't get my original text. Don't bother with these guys!

Water Softener was not working ~ came to check it out ~ removed non functional system and took it away. Awesome service.

We had excellent service with this business 4 years ago when we needed to purchase and have installed a new water softener system to the tune of $1321. Now four years later the same system has been faulty and we had a flood in our basement 48 hours ago. We of course called Nathan for support and service. 48 hours later we have heard nothing. No call back after leaving a voice message. Their other business line says the mail box is full. Six days later now and still no response. Very disappointed and frustrated. Definitely cannot recommend.

I can't say enough about the service that Nathan and Colin provided for my family. They came highly recommended and lived up to their reputation. After the recent boil water advisory this past summer we decided to get a water filtration system with a UV light, and a softener installed. The came within 2 days of my call and the system was installed to perfection in 90 minutes. Their competition was high priced and would have taken 10 days at best to get a system installed. Thanks I'll be referring friends and family your way.

Initially Nathan helped us out with our drinking water , I told him at that time our salt tank was not pumping any salt to the polymer tank , He didn't even look at it , So I called him & set up an appointment , he call meand said he couldn't make it he had an important customer to help in Okanagan Falls , Ok np , So he says next week , well that was over a month & a half ago , Nathan you had to know this review was coming ,I would not recommend this company , Because they are only looking forjobs that pay big bucks I think ., that's just my opinion on that .

BE WARNEDWe used Advance Water for our home water system in Kelowna in July of 2013. They installed two systems, one reverse osmosis and another for complete filtering of the water in our home. There were some initial problems with the reverse osmosis with low pressure which they resolved but seemed a bit unsure of the solution but suggested we yearly get the system checked and serviced by them. Which we did.The main system shut down with no water this past fall and when we had them come in to determine what was wrong they indicated they had not serviced the main filter on their last visit, only the osmosis unit. They also were unable to determine what was wrong at that time.We became suspicious of Advanced at this point and called in another company. The facts are that one of the control systems on the $4K system they sold us had not been working for sometime, they might have caught this when they came and billed us for the service call a couple of months earlier but they didn't check it. The discharge line from the two tanks was twinned so the reason the water backed up was that the discharge likely plugged up the other tank.In the end we had to install a new system only 14 months after these guys installed their system. The tanks and system were returned to Advanced and they likely can get one of the controls covered under warranty. However, after repeated calls to see if they would offer up any credit we were offered only $300 by Carlos.In the end we spent over $4K with this business and we will not recommend this business to anyone.
