Max is super proficient and thorough. He is flexible in working with the system you have in upgrading or repairing. He is well acquainted with product quality and costs and he is reasonable cost wise. I am confident in his work and recommend him to people who either want to learn or want someone to take charge.

Given the steep pitch of my roof, I expected that cleaning the solar panels would be very expensive. Jeff gave me a quite reasonable quote and did an exceptional job. He even washed my skylight while he was on the roof! I'm very pleased with his service and price.

I had a unique electrical system problem that I could not get an acceptable solution to. Jeff took the time to visit and examine my set up. He designed a clean simple solution, ordered special parts, and returned to install an elegant solution. So happy to know someone dependable. Highly recommended.

Jeff Max installed my 18.9kwh ground mount solar system with grid tie and backup battery. It was a much more complicated project than I had realized! Max obtained the permits, and communicated with the county and utility company to keep things moving. He has a lot of experience, knowledge and contacts within the solar installation community, which was invaluable. Permits and inspections can take some time but Max utilized that time and kept working, even when it was cold and miserable outside. Going above and beyond, he fixed a broken doorknob we experienced during the installation process! I appreciated the frequent communications and he always kept us in the loop. He was honest about the costs and advocated for me in negotiating the best options to reduce them as much as possible. I had gotten several other bids before talking to him, and his was less costly and a local company, which we really wanted, as many solar installers are headquartered in other states. We really enjoyed working with him, and his lovely wife, during the whole process. We have exactly what we wanted and are thrilled with the final outcome. I can highly recommend Oregon Solar Clean and we will be calling Jeff Max for any future needs!

I am so happy that Jeff Max was recommended to me. We had some issues with our inverter and controller. That we couldn’t figure out. I called Jeff and unfortunately he was booked out for a little while and wasn’t able to make the 2 hour drive to me for a couple days. But he actually helped me fix the problem over the phone!!!!! I don’t know what I would have done with out him. I could not find another electrician that knew anything about our Schneider Electric system. So THANKYOU so much Oregon Solar Clean.
