Jack doesn't disappoint! Best haircut/style I've ever had. I will definitely see him again.

My mom went here to get her hair done by marinos and had the worst experience. When she came in, he told her he can’t achieve the results she wanted but forced her to stay since he would lose out on the money from her appointment. Completely unprofessional and she even showed him the photos a week prior yet he guilted her into staying for the 3 hour appointed he allotted time to. She asked for a simple bob haircut and it is completely uneven and he even said he “loves a challenge”. The colour is completely wrong and just looks awful. Her hair is now completely fried and damaged. He even used a DIRTY TOWEL from the hamper to dry her hair.Come completely unprofessional, and so disappointed. I do not recommend Moreno to anyone do not go here. I understand that everyone has difficulties, but no one should pressure someone to get their hair done when Marino stated he can’t achieve the results.Ps. The way to go about this is not leaving me a voicemail swearing at me and yelling. Also she has a cut on her neck from the service.

Planet Hair Studio is a beautiful, clean and friendly salon! I have been Jack's client for many many years and I am always very happy with his cut and style. Jack is super friendly, talented, and always does an amazing job with my hair! I highly recommend this Salon!

I have been Jacks customer since before Planet Hair Studio, at least 20 years now off and on. Marino has cut my hair several times too and I loved it. To bad I can take them with me when I move. If you are not sure what style you want just ask the guys and let them do their thing, you wont regret it.

Attempted to become a new client by dropping in with my wife, phoned in twice only to get voice mail, left my contact info with the owner Jack & on voicemail and never received a call back. Very disappointed since we were looking forward to trying out this salon. Maybe just not taking on new clients or we weren’t the right fit but would think a call back would be reasonable to expect in business. Gave 3 stars anyway to be respectful.

I had a bad experience the hairdresser was like hurrying somewhere, worked only with FILING scissors and machine, so I have hair with different lengths. Had to visit different hairdresser. You shouldn’t ask people a question in order to avoid hair in a mouth or you better just STOP. I ordered “short crop” but not so short lolWhatever my hair will grow back and I hope professionalism will do as well

Marinos is the best cutter and colourest I have ever had. He is charming, knowledgable, funny and you won't regret going there.

Colour, highlights and cut! Marino paid careful attention to the structure and natural curl of my hair to design the colour placement. In my experience, no other salon has been so detailed and artistic.

Ana always does a fantastic job, she's been cutting my hair for over 10 years, now she's also doing my kid's hair, my mother's and now my grandmother's. I cannot recommend her enough, her prices are fair, she does a great job, and a feel like she goes out of her way to squeeze in an extra appointment for us.

Old school. The stylists can use some courses to get their skills up with the current trends.
