Horrible customer service items was priced wrong, price clearly stated $3.99 but scanned at $11.99 took the employee over to the section where he proceeded to move the items to another shelf and said customers moved all the products to the wrong shelf. I asked if they were going to honor the price and was told no we dont do that here and its not their problem.

All of the staff at this location are so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond expectations. Most recently Phil created a solution to my plumbing problem on the spot, because they didn't have the exact part for the unusual size of pipe that needed to be repaired. I am so grateful that with his help I was able to fix my plumbing issue and having running water again in less than 30 minutes.

Went to cashier to pay for gloves shown as $7.99. Scanned at $9.99. Showed cashier the display. She was rude and uncooperative, so I asked to speak to the manager.Chad, the Manager followed me to the display where the price was clearly marked. He agreed that the price shown was $7.99.BUT. He informed me that, We don't have to honour prices".Apparently he had written up a sign that said this and it somehow

A mix of employees, two young women at the cash register could also welcome guests to the store but almost ignore guests as they enter.Every other employee were beyond helpful. The woman who was organizing the staging near the front was knowledgeable and helpful. The older man who was in the plumbing area, once again a gem.So most staff were 5 star with a couple of 3's thrown in ...

This is a great store to do business with! The staff are very helpful and friendly, even during the added stress of curb side restrictions. They offer great advice on how to tackle a project or problem. Kristen stands out as a very pleasant and helpful person to deal with! Great team overall!
