Mauvaise Qualité le directeur de entreprise passe venir voir nous a indiqué qu'il avait problème avec produit( au début disais c'était installation)la peinture decolle .Maison neuve de même pas 8 moisIl nous a bien dit que le produit serais changer sans frais qu'on avait pas à s'inquiéter .Nous attendons encore depuis avril 2020 nous avons été obligé de payer de notre poche pour installer un produit de meilleur qualité.

Produit de très basse qualité, pire produit existant, si vous voulez passer vos étés à retoucher à toutes les parties de votre maison allez y sinon oublié ça. Aucun service à la clientèle.

I install their engineered siding on a new garage and the sliding must contain materials that are attractive to rodents. Porcupines have eaten the bottom part on a good portion of the perimeter of the garage. If you live in an area with frequent rodents I would not recommend this siding.Also I have tried to contact this company several time with no respond.

This is a terrible product. (ECO Siding) Product expands and contracts as per the weather. Installed as per 2019/2020 specifications....product expanded more than the specified spacing. Expansion of the product resulted in buckling of the product. Issued complaint, sent in requested documentation as per manufacturer, however they have ghosted me. I have tried to contact KWP for the last couple of years.......they have yet to contact me to deal with their defective product. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LP Lap Siding is a far superior product.
