I had such a great experience in this location. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. I was unfortunately sad because I couldn't get the sizes I needed for my panties but I got a wonderful bathing suit and a very cute bra.

Few days ago my friend and I were looking for gifts for our families, we were confused about which product to get but Hevin who works there actually recommended a few products to us which was so kind and generous of her, she also helped us to find the perfect sizes and all of them were actually fitted perfectly. We were so satisfied with the products and the service. Thanks Hevin ❤️

I went to metro with my mom. My mom is a bit old an impatient but hatts off to the young lady who helped her so nicely. I asked her name for writing a good review. Her name was Yuri and she really made my day better as my mom was so satisfied with her behaviour. Definitely next time I will look for her.

I needed to find a Christmas gift for a friend when I decided to go to La Vie en Rose, where they always have a great variety of products. A girl named Alex approached me and kindly asked me if I needed any kind of help, and suggested a very good promotion on pajamas that I could complement with slippers, I got what I was looking for! I would also like to highlight Melina who also gave me information about the great quality of the products I chose, thank you very much La Vie en Rose team.

I remember that visiting this store used to feel special. Now it feels like Wal-Mart.(The sales associates used to help find you sizes, suggest items that would go with what you are looking at, put you in a fitting room, check in on you and get you sizes if needed. They would take you and your items to the till, wrap your beautiful purchases in tissue then bring your bag around the counter to hand it to you.)My experience in this store was very self serve, I was pointed to the change rooms and had to ask 2 other associates ( there were 5 ladies working) where the change rooms were once I got to where I was pointed too. No one checked to see if the items I brought in fit or ask if I needed a new size. I was told about a promotion on bathrobes and when I mentioned I was looking for a spring night gown, I was AGAIN pointed to a rack of sleepwear. My items were taken to the till once I had dug through over stuffed racks full of what seemed to be only mediums in everything (not my size unfortunately) and found 1 item that was ok in my size. With the list I had going in to this store I could easily have spent over $500. Instead, due to lack of sizes, lack of help and a frustrating experience I spent less than $200. Then I got to the till to pay, had to tell the cashier where my stuff was, (it was in a pile on the back counter, not even folded) and was asked if I wanted a bag. Of course I need a bag! I just bought intimate wear and have a HUGE mall to walk through. $.75 for a paper bag!!! No tissue, no coming around the counter to hand it to me, no thank you for coming in, no nothing!A Wal-Mart experience with a premium price. This is why people shop on line and retail stores are closing. If people don’t feel that shopping in your store is a great and special experience they won’t come in. Simple really. I am eternally turned off and will go elsewhere. You see there are lots of other places to buy bras and underwear with far superior customer service. I try to shop Canadian but this franchise needs to get it together and step up their game if they want their customers to stay loyal.A truly disappointing experience.PS, I did find better service at another store and spent my money there.

Today I went in to return a product that I purchased 2 days ago, with the receipt. The service was just very unprofessional as they didn’t even know if they can return a certain item, it got through to about 4 people, to tell me that it’s not possible. I asked them where does it state that as the product that I was returning was not even under shape-wear. Your store staff needs to be updated about what can be returned or not. No apologise just so unprofessional!
