Fountain Tire
My car is my mobile home as well, that I enjoy immensely and therefore needed the best shop one can get. Being new to BC, a friend recommended this shop to me and boy, am I ever grateful! This is a mechanic shop I feel my car is taken care of and I am respected and appreciated as a customer. Competitive prices, excellent service, conscientious and knowledgeable advice - everything I need from my mechanic. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Even though I ended up getting my tires rotated through my dealership, I will definitely be using Fountain Tire (and specifically THIS location) in the future because they took such good care of me today, and were so patient and helpful. And if Mazda hadn't found my missing winter tire, I would have gone to them in heartbeat to buy my new winter tires. We will definitely be seeing them next spring, and whenever I need regular maintenance. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me today!

I bought a set of Goodyear WinterCommands from them for my Audi which were excellent. Their service was great. I appreciate them being flexible about leaving my rims there as we waited for the tires. They also patched a hole I had in another vehicle. Just great people, products and people there.

Extremely happy with my service. Every single person I dealt with was exceptional in their customer care. This is something that matters so much to me that I was excited to leave a review! Great service and time saver! I used to have my old car serviced here, but haven't since I got the new vehicle a couple of years ago. Until I got a tire puncture that I couldn't wait on. The guys patched it up quickly with such a reasonable price! AND The icing on the top... the invoice was folded up nicely! (Yes those details make a difference!) Real happy about this experience and kudos to the guys at the shop!

Great experience getting my tire patched up from having a screw lodged into my tire. Nelson was very friendly and helpful and thoroughly explains everything about the service. The original estimated time to fix was 45 minutes but the whole process was done in 10-15 minutes. Will come here again for all my auto needs!

Not only did they install our tires wrong so we got a flat on the way home but they also destroyed the good summer tires they removed without asking. After calling multiple times to try to resolve this and then promising they’d call me back a week ago I’ve given up on resolving this but I hope others can avoid the same treatment.

The Kumho Solus tires are good!However, I believe a technician who installed my tires deliberately broke my interior passenger door handle. It wasn't loose or broken when I brought it and it was broken on my way out. Staff seemed irritated to be working. I should have went for a walk instead of waiting as the overall energy was not very pleasant, won't return. If they don’t want customers to wait then they should tell you to drop it off.
