Amazing experience! I was driving from Toronto to BC and, 700 km from Winnipeg, the check engine light came on. I was slowly losing engine power and was completely stressed as I arrived in Winnipeg, 30 minutes before the MB Winnipeg service dept. was closing, on a Friday night!Svc advisor Reynaldo said a prep and system scan would take more than 2 hours, but he consulted the service techs to determine if a quick scan could be done to determine the seriousness of the engine fault.They quickly found the issue to be a loose turbo pipe, which was robbing the engine of power. The technicians reconnected the pipe and performed a road check.My experience speaks volumes about the integrity of this dealership. They were professional, responsive, focused, and understanding of the pressure I was under as a traveler over 2k KM from home. They were busy finishing up maintenance on cars for the day, but found time (I did not have to wait more than 30 minutes) to look at my issue and address it immediately.The jewel in the crown of service was that I was not charged for this repair. A huge thanks to the staff and management of MB Winnipeg for 1st class service all around!

This is the worst place to service a car. I took my car in for an oil change and filter replacement, it was changed with the knowledge that there is a lick. They gave me the car with oil licking. I spent $1700+, You told me you could not find me in your system. I am bringing the car in tomorrow. GLA 250 2016

On Monday June 26/23 I picked up my new GLC 43 Coupe AMG and I’m happy to say that the service I received was exemplary. This is my first Mercedes. This is the 17th vehicle I have purchased in the past 20 years. All but 2 were new. It is early, but I’m more than satisfied with the quality and performance of the vehicle.As for the personnel at this dealership, I can say everyone from reception, sales, finance and management is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and I had a great buying experience.My sales person, Neil did an excellent job of helping and guiding me through the buying process and Jordan the sales manager was very helpful and accommodating. At no time did I feel I was being pressured or receiving the hard sell. The best way for me to say this is that Neil and Jordan are extremely nice and pleasant people.For me, when buying a new vehicle it is supposed to be an enjoyable and fun experience. Before buying the vehicle I was at the dealership a number of times before deciding on the GLC 43 and I almost always left smiling and feeling good. I changed from BMW to Mercedes because I was frustrated at the lack of personal attention in the service department. They are both great car makers but after you leave the lot you are now in the hands of service! This dealership is flat out amazing. You talk to people not answering machines. The service representative assigned to your visit keeps you updated almost in real time and the attention to detail is first class. At my last visit my 8 year old Mercedes was found to need a few thousand dollars of work in large part due to wear and tear. They didn’t hit me with just a flat here it is and pay. Not this place; the advisor on his own itemized, prioritized and mapped out the fastest and most cost effective approach and patiently answered my questions and supplied a detailed explanation on all expected and unexpected issues. WOW!!! Service not profit motivated. A pleasant change from past experiences and the reason why I can’t see changing from Mercedes Winnipeg!

I purchased a new 2022 GLC300 SUV from Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg and I have been extremely pleased with my Brand Ambassador, Neil Santos and Dirk Southern (Sales Manager). Start from the beginning, Neil was helping me with showing me the vehicles that I am interested and arranged me a test driving after having an understanding of my preferences. He was very patient to explore my needs and budget on getting the new vehicle, and trying his best to get me the best price to meet my expectation. On the other hand Mary and Andrew were dealing with my leasing application. I mentioned that I would like the vehicle delivered ASAP due to my working schedule. Then, I received Andrew's call couple hour after I left the dealership, informing me that I could pick up the vehicle the next day. At he end, it was a very smooth and easy delivery. Mars Lin helped me set up Mercedes Me and connected to the vehicle, he is well knowledge and patiently explain all the features of the vehicle and giving out valuable recommendations/suggestions to me when setting the vehicle. All the staff are very open to provide services and helps from the beginning. Overall I definitely give 10/10 to the dealership. Excellent experience.I would 100% recommend my friends/family to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.

I will never buy a Mercedes again. They constantly give run-arounds on service issues, I’ve had three vehicle recalls in two years, and my heat doesn’t work - imagine not having heat in Winnipeg! They keep saying “that’s how it is”. They sell you a vehicle and trick you into thinking you can swing by for a courtesy car wash anytime. But their car wash is ALWAYS broken - or so they say. The service is absolutely terrible. Once they sell you your vehicle, they stop caring. Oh, and courtesy car? Forget it. Two months waiting list. What a an absolute joke. I regret leaving BMW and coming here. Can’t wait to move on from this car. Will be interested to see if they actually start taking me seriously after this review. I honestly don’t care anymore.

Worst Service and public relationship at this dealership... it took them more then 40 days to start the repair on the vehicle and after paying them 4Gs... car broke down middle of the road... I called them every day and she was very rude Lady.. I was told assistant manager will call you, not even she bothered to call back. its been almost 2 weeks and i am leaving messages every second day...God knows what's going to happen
