The worst. He came to my house for my pool that was emptying itself. He says it's my pool canvas that is broken. Said he will be there at 9 AM saturday. He arrived at 12:30....I asked many time if the price, 520$, included everything. He said yes. I asked if he will leveled the pool floor, remove the holes everywhere, he said yes.He didn't leveled the floor, there's big hole everywhere, it's really uneven. While doing the job, he was speaking unknown language the whole time my girlfriend was there, but english/french when it was me. They also spit everywhere and smoke everywhere on the terrain without even asking if it bothered us, and put there cigarrette remains everywhere on the ground.Then, once he finished, he told me it was 555$, not 520$. HE then told me there is taxes. Problem, he never gave me any bill and for the past month, he's been saying I'm putting into mail tomorrow". For the last 3 days

How terrible. Bold, no respect and a super bad job. Amateurs at best. Do not call these people. Deal with the company that sold you the pool.

I called upon the service of Piscine Aqua, and the owner Azzedine Khendek (aka. Jimmy), to repair a leak with my inground pool and I was very disappointed with the condition they left the job when it was completed. Mr. Khendek:• Did not properly diagnosing the leaks since after doing the initial pressure test, his initial report was for a leak with one line near the deep end but only after he started the work he then determined with more tests that both return lines were leaking. There are only two return lines with one to the stairs and one feeding the 2 outlets in the pool and are clearly marked.• Poor mismanagement with multiple delays and constantly rescheduling as reported by other reviews having him take two weeks to complete the repairs instead of planning the work properly and dedicating the time and manpower instead of jumping from job to job.• When he mentioned the problem with the second line, I asked him for a quote to repair everything and on two occasions he quoted me one price + tax, after offering to do it with no tax, but billed me more as it was reported in other reviews.• On both the pressure test and work bill he stamped invalid GST & PST numbers, which I verified with the CRA and Revenue Quebec website are were invalid since Jan. 2014. He claims that he made a mistake using those numbers, but he stamped the numbers on both occasions when he wrote up the bills so why is he using them?• Leaving the job site dirty at both repair locations with concrete saw wet residue on the fence, pavers, in the pool as well as the plants and fence. I also had to remove a handful or rocks which fell in the pool. It took me 3 hours to clean it all up.• To dig a new line, they dug a trench along the landscaping on both sides from the stairs to the shed. They dumped the earth and rocks on top of the existing black cedar mulch along most of my landscaping. After the job, they closed the trench but left the landscaping covered with small and large rocks along with dirt. This all needs to be redone.• Cutting into the lawn at two areas to access the line and dig up a new trench. One area being dug up for almost two weeks and the trench being dug up for almost a week, causing the grass in those areas to die, and in the process, they damaged the irrigation water inlet and one distribution line which they repaired 5 days later so I was not able to use the irrigation system.• Did not repair the concrete base for the pavers he cut into at both locations even after confirming to me that he would repair it.• In both areas, he damaged a fairly large number of pavers ex: cracking 2, chipping 13, cutting into 3 cemented pool border pavers with the saw while installing the pavers poorly with uneven gaps and without even the use of polymer sand to fill the joints.I saw the result after coming back from vacation and was very disappointed since for a company who claims to install inground pools, claims to be specialist in this field and do impeccable work, the results do not represent this.When I spoke with Mr. Khendek, he explained to me that he was done and when I tried to discuss with him the issues, he was very rude and a bully trying to intimidate me claiming he did what I had asked him to do. I’m sorry but Mr Khendek should have taken proper precautions to avoid damage to at least repair it like the irrigation lines he repaired and also to clean up after themselves. After getting a few estimates, I'm looking at a minimum of $3K. I wish I would have seen the other reviews before calling them.I hope my review will help you in making a proper decision.If you do choose them to do work for you, take every precaution and get everything in writing including the estimates, what he will do what happens if he damages your property in the process and who’s responsible. Also, do like I did and take a lot of pictures during and after his work and if possible before he starts. Also, do not let him bully and intimidate you if you’re not satisfied with the results.

Terrible service

Not knowledgeable at all. They came in for a connection replacement and told me I had a metal return pipe all the way around the pool and I had to call a plumber to had it re threaded because it was damaged and that’s the way they did it 30 years ago. Not true at all!!! When they left I looked at it and it was just a metal nipple going into a PVC pipe with 2 clamps. Charged me $350.00 just to come over and cut a bit of concrete and assess this totally wrong. Waste of money and time.

I have been using them for almost 3 years now and the service is always excellent. I have suggested them to many friends and they have all found the service excellent. If you need good pool service give them a call.

Called them to change the liner for my aboveground pool. I had my appointment for service one week from the date I called in. They didn't have the liner in stock they never mentioned that until 3 hours of waiting to show up.They postponed the service couple of days later and technician showed up and start taking my pool apart and then he realized that he didn't have the right size of my pool . So I refused to continue the job with them. He left the site and refused to put back the parts he uninstalled earlier.

*j’ai attendu plusieurs mois avant de publier un avis car mes parents avaient peur d’avoir des problèmes* mes parents ont choisi piscine Aqua car le prix était plus raisonnable qu’avec d’autres entreprises plus populaires.Ils devaient faire changer la toile intérieure de la piscine. Il y a eu énormément de délai (chaque mois était repoussé au suivant, du printemps jusqu’à la fin de l’été). Ils ont été patients et comprenaient que c’était une période achalandée. Lorsqu’ils sont enfin venus, ils ont changés la toile et ont commencé à mettre une bande de plastique dans le haut pour solidifier le tout, mais il y a une partie où la bande de plastique n’a pas été mise. Mes parents ont rappelé en précisant l’information et en demandant si quelqu’un pourrait venir poser la partie de plastique manquante. Ils ont dû laisser des messages vocaux car ça ne répondaient pas. Par contre une fois ils ont eu la ligne et l’employé a dit à mon père au téléphone que s’il rappelait quelqu’un allait venir déchirer la toile de la piscine. Mes parents ont eu très peur et n’ont plus rappelé. Mes parents sont âgés, 69 et 71 ans, et ne sont pas du genre à se plaindre et être demandant (genre vouloir parler au gérant etc). Ils pensaient seulement que les employés avaient manqués de temps et qu’ils reviendraient un autre jour. Vous payez peut être moins cher mais le service est pitoyable, long délai, et menaces au téléphone. Maintenant ils ont une bande de plastique posée sur une toile de piscine TRÈS ordinaire avec une partie manquante donc probablement une déchirure éventuelle .Si vous vous fiez aux autres commentaires, vous saurez que nous ne sommes pas les seuls à avoir eu une mauvaise expérience. À ÉVITER!!!!
