BUYER BEWARE- do not purchase anything from this company. They are frauds, they take your money upfront and dont deliver the products. Please do your research online, we are out $670. They work under different names and are stealing people's money. If you would like any more information you can reach out to me as I will be taking them to court for money stolen from us. If there was a no star option, I would have given them no stars given how many people they have taken advantage of and will continue to do if we dont put a stop to this.

Amazing service!I started using them for catering and their food is so delicious I started ordering their Meal Prep Service- wow. I’m amazed. The Pure Nutrition team got us in shape for our wedding & also catered our wedding plus our reception. To say they went above ansd beyond is an understatement. My wife and I got to customize everything to our liking and they put in some special touchs, We were blown away and over the moon happy with the results. We use them quite frequently for any events and our meal prep during the week-and we are always exceptionally satisfied and happy with the outcome!Customers for life.Thank you guys so much

Twice I have ordered from this company once for delivery to a friend undergoing cancer treatment. Asked for Delivery on July 30 on July 30th I received an email asking to confirm address and name for delivery as well as dietary restrictions with respect to her treatment as they were planning to delivery on July 31st. I responded with the info and advised the meals were supposed to be delivered that day....but whatever. The 31st nothing was delivered. I reached out on Aug 1st never got a response, again on Aug 3rd finally got a response advising me that they had been closed Sat, Sun & Monday (30, 31 & 1) and they would be delivering that day Aug 3 between 6-8. Still nothing! Meals were finally delivered very late on Aug 4 to her she checked her front door before bed and there they were....I decided to give them another chance for myself so I placed an order on the weekend for delivery on Tuesday Aug 16. Was told they would deliver between 5-8. Nothing was delivered. Contacted them they misunderstood" the order was prepared on Tuesday to be Delivered Wednesday Aug 17. Well here we are it's 9:17 pm on Wednesday Aug 17 and still NOTHING! I was assured things would run smoothly this time and yet here we are again. Even after giving them the benefit of the doubt and hoping the first experience was a one of not 2 weeks later we are still having issues! I will not be giving them another chance as I don't even know IF or WHEN I will get my meals or my money back which is what I will be requesting....UPDATED they never delivered offered a refund to date i have not received it they gave the driver the wrong address accused me of not answering my door received a text at 9:30 pm saying they rang my door bell for 10 minutes i was home all day no one came after discussions back and forth where i was accused of not answering my door it was discovered the driver had the wrong address from dispatch. Refund was offered it’s been almost 2 weeks no refund they have blocked me from all their social media asked me to take down my “negative” review which was only stating the truth and they were given a second chance which they messed upeven worse than the first mess up and offered the refund but have not complied the solution on their end is to block me….Now that what i call no customer service DO not use thesis company i’ve seen previous reviews and they are similar stories to mine and they will blame you for their mistakes"

This company has been TERRIBLE to deal with. They no-showed on delivery 4 times with no communication, rescheduled several times only to cancel. Explanations have placed blame on the customer, short delivery drivers, made a mistake with scheduling, etc, etc, etc. Positive reviews that I can see are written by staff members. I would not recommend this company.

I recently had an event catered with this company and was blown away by the quality they provided. They really understood what we were expecting and delivered 100% . Everyone was raving about the food. Will book with them without question

I would give this company 0 stars, if that was a possible rating. Terrible customer service, no website, never received the proper meals that I ordered. Deliveries after 11PM on weeknights when they said they would deliver in the afternoon. Wrong meals delivered, wrong days, wrong times and sometimes, just no delivery at all. They honestly have no idea what they’re doing. Refused to provide me with a refund and instead offered “free meals and free delivery” to compensate for the terrible service, which I agreed to, and guess what - they never delivered those free meals as their driver “couldn’t locate” my downtown Vancouver apartment (that they had previously delivered at) at 11:00PM. Wild. Stay away from them! Don’t lose your money!
