Sayaka with Smiley Pets is an absolutely beautiful soul. She has been with my French Bulldog Boomer for over a year now. She is so reliable, flexible and caring. Since I am a nurse my schedule can be pretty all over the place and when I request last minute bookings Sayaka goes that extra mile. I trust her whole heartedly with my pup. Boomer absolutely loves Sayaka and I can see it on his face when she send me video and picture updates. It was what I most look forward to when I am at work. I could not recommend Sayaka enough. You need to book her! ❤️ I think this smile right here says it all!

Sayaka's the best! My rescue, Belle, is very timid and slow to trust. She's also easily triggered by quick movement and needs a lot of time to relax around new people. In other words, walking Belle was not going to be easy, but Sayaka was up for the challenge. It took several weeks of getting close, in the house, then the backyard, then a joint walk, and finally, loose leash walks together ! I love the daily journals, I can see the progress and how relaxed they are together. I'd highly recommend Smiley Pets to anyone.

When we welcomed Brixton, our Australian Shepherd puppy, into our family we knew we needed to give him the best life possible. Because my husband and I are not home during the day, this meant having someone visit him. A quick search led me to Smiley Pets. Sayaka was so accommodating and within a short period of time, we were introduced to Hiroko. Hiroko began visiting Brixton three times a day for puppy visits. She continued the training techniques and methods that we were using for consistency. I loved the Smiley Diary photos and videos that Hiroko sent daily, I could see how happy Brixton was. Now that Brixton is older, Hiroko visits him twice a day, sometimes playing in the backyard and sometimes going for a walk. We come home to a happy puppy because of the love and care that Hiroko provides.
