Our experience was amazing to say the least from a customer satisfaction perspective.Beginning with the quoting process to the end of the installation all the wires were tucked in and hidden and very deligent in his strategies. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, respectful and competent at their trade.

Instant Security Solutions & Services installed my security system. Day 1 I had an issue with one of the cameras. They returned a week or so later, but still unable to remedy the issue. I was told they would come back to get to the bottom of the issue, but they never got back to me. Months later, after the winter months, they refuse to come back to get to the bottom of this issue. They insist it is a bad camera, but they made no effort to confirm this is the issue (they could have swapped it out with a different camera but didn't!) My advice: hire a reputable company instead of this one man company. Their solution is to order a new camera and pay them to come back to fix an issue on first day on install.

I recently had 4 external cameras (dvr and cables) installed in my house, the workmanship and professionalism of Instant Security Solutions & Services was unbelievable. I’m so pleased with the work and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking.
