I very rarely leave reviews unless my experience is extremely good or extremely awful. Shahi Flames is a 10/10 for me, I found them through a co-worker who is a member of the Winnipeg-Indian community who said their food was delicious and authentic, restaurant was clean, locally owned- all the wonderful things you look for in a restaurant. Over a few years I’ve ordered many items and am never disappointed, the quality and taste is exceptional every time. For the first time, there was an error with our order (which was really just a miscommunication, I asked for a substitution of chicken for paneer in one of the dishes and the substitution was made, just to the wrong dish) when I informed them of the slight error they instantly offered a discount on my next order, were so kind and apologetic- just excellent customer service, so I had to jump on here and give credit where credit is due. Run, don’t walk to this restaurant.Thank you Shahi Flames!

really enjoyed my food from here. lamb was a little bit chewy but the butter chicken was amazing. i would recommend you get some extra rice if you're ordering a sauce heavy meal. i will definitely be back!

We ordered from here yesterday for a staff lunch since we knew the food was excellent from prior tasting. From the point of staff taking care in noting down our order for the large group, to packaging it, to delivering it promptly on time , to following up with us the next day on how everything was…. Was top notch! Very professional service which you don’t always get with Indian restaurants. Thank you Shahi Flames for the professionalism and very tasty food. Highly recommend this restaurant for dine in or take out!

Worst experience ever. We order chicken platter and the chicken was not even marinated properly or it was old. Kebabs were smelling bad.Masala soya chaap was tasteless.Laccha parantha was not even layered and it was so thick. Giving two stars for only drinks and service.Even though the prices are cheap, I still wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
