We met Frank at the National Home Show. He was extremely friendly and answered all our questions. His presentation was superb and much better than the other vendors we spoke to. When the technician came to our home, we realized that the piping was not directed back to the furnace room. The 1st floor rough ins were only connected to the basement without an electrical source. Since we would need to cut into the drywall to redirect the piping, we opted to put this project on hold. Even though the technician charged Frank a hefty service fee, he waived the cost for us. We really appreciate his help. When we revisit this project in the future or when we need a stand alone vacuum, we will definitely give Frank a call. He is our go-to guy for all things vacuum!!!

Great experience with team at Vacsmart. They took the time to show me the various options with no pressure. I was interested in understanding details such as internals, motors, and noise and ended up purchasing a made in canada CycloVac which is extremely quiet, while being more powerful and cleaner than my previous Electrolux/Beam unit. On October 9, 2021, I took my Panasonic upright vacuum to Frank at Vacsmart. I purchased my vacuum from Frank about 8 years ago. Frank is such an amazing business owner and he really cares about his customers and our community (of Leaside). I told him that I would probably have to purchase a new vacuum cleaner and he said no way

Great dealers. Very fair prices and they communicate well with the buyer. I appreciate going to them for service all the time. They communicate well with consumers on how to do their own stuff at home. I have no complaints

My 2019 Miele Classic C1 vacuum lost suction as the Bag Full indicator showed that it was full whenever I turned up the dial from Min to Max for suction power even though the bag was replaced with a new one. Visited Vacsmart after contacting Miele (which apparently do not service their own vacuum but only refer you to authorized dealers) and looking at the review on Google. I explained to Frank what the problem was and he said he would be able to help. He was very friendly and said it should take about 30 mins. Went back about 40 mins later and Frank said the machine is working fine now and showed me a piece of plastic sleeve which was stuck inside the elbow of the handle of the flexible hose. He also explained the bag should be replaced when it is about 70% full because the suction power would be reduced if the bag is too full. All in all, it cost $100 for the repair and a box of Miele vacuum bags + filter. Even though Vacsmart may be a little far from where I live, I would definitely go to them if I need to service my vacuum again.

10-Star! Frank and Ross know what you need. My new Miele C2 with electric head is awesome. Light weight yet so powerful and takes less space. Also pairs best with former Venus Miele attachments from 15 years ago that still work like lit power-brush and other. Very good prices and demonstration of features. Super intelligent and knowledgeable. Fully trust for many years now, being supplier for cleanair vacuum bags and hepa filters. I will not buy a VAC CLEAN anywhere else. Already shared contact with a few clients and friends. Cheers.

Frank is the nicest man alive. We brought in our Miele vacuum which was not working properly and it was fixed quickly and efficiently.Service was fantastic and only did what was needed (no upselling or unnecessary maintenance).When it came to paying Frank only asked for $10 and I looked in my wallet for a bill and he told me not to worry and that I could just pay it when I come back to grab vacuum bags.Honesty, I’d come back to hang out with Frank.

Frank at VacSmart kept my Meile vacuum for a few weeks until he could figure out what was wrong with it that no one else could figure out. In my entire life I have never met a person that cared as much as Frank and his dedication and persistence to resolve my issue. I highly recommend anyone that either needs a vacuum or a repair to only go to this store. I will recommend Frank to all my family and friends and hope you will do the same.
