Dan, Mandy and the rest of the Muscat team are great to work with. I purchased my Fiancee's engagement ring from Muscat Jewellers in winter 2018. Dan was awesome to work with from Day 1, from educating me about diamond quality, to finding the perfect diamond, and then finally putting it all together with the mount and ring. Dan and his team are always easy to get a hold of and always received quick responses to any questions. Best of all, the great service allowed me to soak in the excitement and enjoy the process of buying an engagement ring. We were so impressed with the customer service that we are buying our wedding bands from Muscat's as well. Can't say enough good things about this Jeweller!

INCREDIBLE! Thank you so much. I tried 4 other places, that said it couldn't be done. Muscat made one phone call, and 3 days later, I had a PERFECTLY sized ring. Just in time for the proposal! And guess what? She said YES! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

One of the only jewelers I trusted with a very special diamond ring that was made by my late uncle. He was a master diamond setter and VP of Jose Grant's in NY/Connecticut. The ring was initially made for my late stepfather who proposed to my mom with it. My mom later placed the ring in a safe deposit box. Years later my mom offered the ring to me to give to my amazing wife when I proposed to her, which I did. It needed to be sized and fitted to sit properly with the engagement ring. Dan Muscat took care of the ring quite nicely. That was 2011. I continue to go to the store for purchases, as well as for watch batteries and watch sizing, which was the reason for today's visit. Unfortunately Dan Muscat has since passed away, but the store continues to remain in full operation. Great service and great work, always!

Dan Muscat is the consummate professional. I went to Muscats for an engagement ring, he did an amazing job finding a beautiful selection of diamonds - including Canadian diamonds, full identification and paperwork included. He created the ring and the wedding bands exactly as we envisioned them and we couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favour and make the drive out to St. Thomas before buying from one of the big jewellers in your city. It's off the beaten path, but worth every second. Can't recommend Muscats enough.

Bought $ 1000 wedding band with diamond chips.After wearing 10-15 times in ‘dinner out’ type of events over the last year or so the chip fell out.They won’t repair.This is a small customer service gesture that we would expect from any retail establishment. We own a small business and often provide customer service gestures such as this for free.Disappointed.

Went to get earrings for my daughters first communion and was very disappointed when I was told my Native Status card would not be accepted. Completely unacceptable. I will not shop here again until this policy is changed.
