When I fisrt order it on the Subway app. They didn't give me drink which I pay for it. I call them and told them hey there no drink with my order they keep telling go in skipthedishes but I told them I order off from Subway app. Took me like 1 hour on the phone trying tell them that I didn't order off from skipthedishes. Then today order again. I order rice bowl crispy chicken bacon & peppercorn Ranch. Guess what it didn't came any thing that I order. ( Didn't have rice, green peppers, pickles, black olives and little of lettue)

Worst customer service experience!Asked the girl if she can wash her hands before putting gloves on. She said yes and walked to the indian guy, said something and never came out till the guy finished with the other customer and I was about to pay for my sandwich.Not very friendly!

Honestly, I enjoy being able to make my own sandwich! Some people in the staff could have an attitude towards the costumers but we still get amazing people. Usually, there is not a long wait time, so it makes me happy. Would totally recommend!

If I could give a 0 review I would.Had to change my daughter on a dirty bathroom floor because they don't have a change table or even a counter to change her on.The service wasn't that great either had to continually repeat myself almost had to yell just so she understood not toastedWould not recommend stopping here and I will not be stopping here againAnd yes I did speak to someone of my complaint before writing thisAnd I think I'm gonna contact head office because that is absolutely disgusting and discouraging

Don't plan on being able to change a baby as both bathrooms do not have a change table we had to use the floor to change our child

I go to subway a fair bit as its one of the only close places where I go to school to eat. Imagine my surprise when the order I get everyday in Calgary for 14$ cost me 16.50$ at this location. I looked at their menu and they are a flat 2$ more across the board for all their subs. Will never go back to this subway.

Worst customer service for the win! Ordered $70 worth off food off the app. Had to leave special instructions for GF bun because that’s not an option. Get our sandwiches and one footlong had no sauce despite asking for two sauces and extra sauce. Then got told I was lying that it was on the bread. It was not on the bread! If you are ordering make sure you go in and watch them make it!

Worst customer service ever. We ordered online about half an hour before we were ready to pick it up. We paid online, and the order was confirmed. About 10 minutes before we were to pick it up, we got an email saying the order was canceled and to speak with the store. We tried to call and they would not answer the phone. So I went into the store to speak with them. I actually was able to speak with the franchise owner who happened to be helping make sandwiches. He had no explanation and was less than helpful. He shrugged his shoulders when I asked why the order had been canceled. I asked about already paying for the order and he said the money would be refunded sometime between the next couple hours and next couple days. No offer to make the sandwiches while I stood there no offer to try and figure out why the order had been canceled, just dismissive and a shrug of the shoulders.I would not recommend this location.

Bread was tough, not fresh. Bread was cut then flattened !! Out of bacon and some chicken. Making limited choices.Very disappointed!!
