They were very efficient and knew what they were doing. They made you feel like you and your vehicle were important to them. They were very covid19 minded and there was all sorts of cleaning available as well as used. The prices are very good and will take time out to talk to you and explain things so you can understand. It is a great family business.

I was very pleased with the honesty and upfront pricing that Jeff provided on my vehicle. I had a few issues going on and instead of just making up a number, he itemized which each service would cost, and was able to get all the work done in a timely manner. I am very happy with Lee's auto service!

Lee's Auto Service were able to provide me with a safety inspection the same day I asked for one! I had called in the morning, and then dropped it off at 1pm - they were done by 3pm! I have never experienced such efficiency with any other mechanic. For that speed I was expecting a high price to pay, but that was not the case at all! In fact, I found Lee's pricing to be lower than most shops.Thank you to the team at Lee's Auto who helped me out in such a last minute task!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Lee’s for years, I have total trust in Chuck and Jeff. They’re are honest and hardworking mechanics and alway try to get my car in and out as quickly as possible. The rates are fair and they always try to find the most economical solution. An excellent family run business that treats their customers like family! Highly recommend!

Best place around!Lees auto is the best auto shop I have ever been too and continues to impress.Great auto repair skills, fast, friendly, transparent, and helpful.Great group if guys who know there stuff and are happy to help. Jeff runs the place great and it reflects in the customer satisfaction as the best place in welland.Can't get better then Lees auto.

Very nice people at Lees. We've had our vehicles in for various issues and this shop is always reliable. They fix the issues, charge fair price and always explain what the issues and fixes are. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone

As I pulled into work my steering became difficult so I parked it and called Lee's. I told them I would have it towed to their garage. Even though the towing took a bit of time and they didn't get the car until almost 2 pm, they diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed by 5 pm. This was extremely helpful as I live out of town and arranging rides would be a little challenging. They were prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and went the extra mile to get me back on the road. I highly recommend Lee's for your auto repair needs!
