Joey has such supportive advice and fantastic questioning that has helped me navigate through my “stuck” moments or when I’m trying to progress through something challenging in my work and writing. He’s a wonderful coach!

The new narrative Joey prompted me to develop about myself is really making a positive difference. I haven’t memorized the whole extended new narrative I originally wrote, but the essence of it that contains the most value for me is: “The more people get to know me, the more they like me.” I find myself no longer engaging in relationship sabotaging behaviour, which is at the crux of what needed to change for me to create a platform from which to move onward & upward in my life. Of course, there are many other positive & valuable things Joey has suggested to me & guided me to , but what I wrote here was top of mind, so I thought I'd share it. Thank you, Joey!
