I hope they can resolved my warranty issue. Just bought it last Aug. 26, 2020. And they need some investigating first, if it's users or batteries fault. Just hoping for the best... just thankful nothing happens to my ebike and our garage....Sadly they didn't replaced it, even though they said that I can use it. They just gave me discount if I am going to buy another set of batteries again. :-)

Highly recommend to purchase any batteries you need from Magnacharge. Kole went above and beyond for a small purchase, he really does deserve a raise. I couldn’t believe the customer service we received! Magnacharge should be very thankful the amazing stuff they have! Highly impressed will be telling everyone I know to come here.

Been in the store to ask about their brand of product.- In person they are great- Ask anything they don't know. Do not expect a call or email back. Been several weeks without any answers as to whether they have a flame retardant battery available... It isn't a difficult question.Words of wisdom to this branch. If you actually want business, maybe call back people who ask legitimate questions and you may earn a customer!

I've bought several l batteries here for my quad, sleds and seadoos. The batteries are by far the least expensive I've found in the city and from my experience are just as good quality as the ones for double the price. They usually give me several options for batteries and how much more it will cost. Very knowledgeable staff who don't try to upsell you and give you matter of fact pros and cons of type of battery (in my case it was li-ion vs agm). I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a power sports battery whenever it comes up in conversation.

Haven't been there and will actively deter others from going there after watching their drivers (in company vehicles) run blatant red lights at high speeds. Completely unprofessional and a lack of regard for public safety.
