My experience with Gilbertson Davis LLP was under precarious personal circumstances. They represented my wife and I fantastically. They provided sound guidance, were extremely thorough, and in the end got to the settlement I was less than hopeful for going in. I highly recommend Gilbertson Davis LLP!

Gilbertson Davis LLP provided legal services to our company in Australia as we needed assistance with a matter in Canada. They were exceptionally helpful and professional. Their advice and support ensured we received the best outcome possible.

We contacted Gilbertson Davis for a litigation matter.In the beginning they were very helpful, repeating every email that untill the payment was provided they were not retained.Finally we provided the payment and signed the contract and they told us out of the blue that some lawyers have gone away (2 in one month!??) and they did not have a lawyer that could assist us.Moreover they did not accept our retainer for some reasons (they could have accepted and sent back the next day) and we took 20 days to receive it back from our bank after their refusal.Finding a good lawyer in Ontario is very difficult, but after this stressful experience I will not recommend this Firm.

John and his team did an AMAZING job for me. It took 5.5 years to get through the whole thing, but when it was all said and done, my firm was relieved and thrilled with the result.
