This is fast food. Store was clean staff was friendly just a quick bite on the road. Since the kids like it this is where we stopped. Can't go wrong with a whopper. It tastes pretty good and fill the hole in your gut

Arrived at the drive-through at 7:10. Tried to order. Was asked to wait. After 5 minutes decided to back out and go inside. The inside restaurant was closed.Pulled back into the drive-through. Said hello at the speaker. Left after no response. Will not go back ever

The guy who took my order was super nice, and the chicken sandwiches they made were the best I've had from bk BY FAR! It's my only experience with this location, but it was a very pleasant one. Thanks again!

Good food, although it does take a while to get a impossible whopper. Very understaffed, they have only 2 or 3 people working at once. poor Management, they use a kid as a janitor, and from what I've heard, do not pay well. It also does not serve alot of the food that most other burger king stores do. They do not serve coffee. They no longer serve jalepeno bites, and occasionally do not have food prepared for orders. They almost are never have mobile orders ready, and prioritize speed over service. They also prioritize the drive through over the front, and with large trucks or big rigs" they force you to either go to the front

Mid June 2023 weekday lunch. A convenient drop by point for lunch next to Pioneer and Ultramar on way to Aberfoyle. A bit quiet but fine for enjoying the meal. Staff are nice.

Me and my worker went to buy lunch there today, all the food was cold, and stale, the fries were cold, the burger was cold, the nuggets were cold, and the chicken sandwich was soggy, we went back to tell them that the food was not good, and the guy decided to argue with us an tell us the food was made just an hour ago, of course it will be cold, but then he change his story and said the food was made 15-20 min ago. We work 2 minute away from the restaurant, so they didn't get cold on the car ride. They refunded the money, but the service and hygiene of this place is terrible, no hair-nets, no gloves, no washing hands after touching raw meet and cooked meet. AVOID IT.

Very fast and efficient service but rather robotic. This is not a friendly place, nor is it unpleasant. They staff here just do their jobs as they should and nothing more. I find all the Burger King locations in Guelph and Kitchener not very friendly.The bathroom is clean and bright but I'm not sure if it's the BK staff or gas station staff who maintains it. Parking feels tight despite the space because cars can be coming and going in different directions: gas station; highway; drive-through; etc.

Probably the worst BK location I've been to. Middle of the day, doors unlocked but told us we couldn't eat inside because they'd just finished cleaning??The burgers were sloppily made, fries were cold and the pop tasted off.I don't eat fast food often, but I generally like BK more than others. However I'll certainly not visit this location again.

I have never been so disgusted in a fast food place in my life. When I received my order (wrong burger & rock hard bread) and went inside for a refund, the MANAGER refused to refund me! He said “that’s what you ordered, that’s what you get” the poor kid working offered to pay me the money out of his own wallet!!! He proceeded to record my partner and threaten to call the cops. The manager needs to be fired!! Treating people like this is ridiculous.
