We had a good experience. It's important to note that the hours of operation are 7 days a week on the Canadian side only. US Side is M-F, 9 to 5. There wasn't a lot going on when we crossed, so reasonably we got searched. They asked quite a few probing questions as well. Honestly, these guys get paid to protect the border and with such low traffic, it makes sense they are checking the 1 or 2 that come through. Both BPA's were very professional, communicative, and as friendly as possible. The search only added about 10 mins of time to the journey. 5 outta 5, would cross here again.

Where do I start…rude people. We got searched. Made us get out of the car in the cold, and when we wanted to put our hands in our pockets we were told to put them out. And they kept asking why we were crossing their border. Kept saying you guys could have went over a different border. I guess we can’t make our only choice when we travel. I highly advise go to a different border. After they search us, they couldn’t even come back and give us our passport. They found nothing in our car. Very very rude. What’s going on with the Canadian borders!!!!!
