Accent Inns staff are so kind and helpful with all aspects of your stay. The lobby is so unique and entertaining for kids. Quality, on-demand free coffee in the lobby and spacious, very clean rooms are other reasons to stay here. There is ample parking and the location is convenient to access all of Richmond. I highly recommend families choosing this location for their stay whether visiting Vancouver or travelling. The free taxi service to the airport is also an excellent value considering the already affordable cost of the hotel. The attached restaurant serves tasty family friendly food specializing in breakfasts. It has great service too and the food was quality. Kudos for their unique but classic comfort breakfast menu. Best hashbrowns!Back to the great staff at Accent Inn - I can't go into detail but the kindness they showed our family was unbelievable. Jake and the team THANK YOU SO MUCH! <3

I was easily able to get a last minute room after my flight home was canceled. Taxis to and from the airport are arranged and paid for by the hotel, which saved me one less thing I had to figure out last minute.The room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff were wonderful, both during check in and check out. They provided me with two extra ducks so I could give one to all 3 of my girls.Accent Inn is our favourite hotel chain, and this location is wonderful.

I had an exceptional experience here! I booked this room last min because it was cheap, looked nice in photos and had a free airport shuttle. I called the front desk ahead of time inquiring about the shuttle because I was arriving in very late, and was told to take a taxi and they would reimburse me when I arrived, which they did! The staff has been kind, helpful and gone out of their way to make my stay special.Although, this hotel was obviously once a lower-end brand based on the building (think Travelodge etc), the owners have done an awesome job with the remodel and there are lots of cute trendy touches throughout. The staff made this place feel like I was staying with a high-end brand and I will definitely stay here again.

Great location relative to YVR. We were able to park our vehicle and leave extra bags at the hotel while away in Mexico.Very clean, super friendly staff, good humour in advertising and communication :)

I wish, I could share in the other guests experience. Our experience wasn’t even close to the standard as the other guests. We asked for handicap accessible room, we didn’t get it, quite the opposite. The room wasn’t filthy but it also wasn’t clean. The bed super uncomfortable, we could feel every spring. Sleeping in our car would have had the same impact on my backs as sleeping on their bed and we wouldn’t be out the money. We probably would have gotten more sleep, anyways. The bedding, gave us stuffy nose, and itchy eyes We had some wheezing and coughing, So disappointed!The night/afternoon staff that checked us in wasn’t paying attention to us. He was talking to another guest. The other guest talking about his cruise I guess, it was so captivating the worker hung on every word.

Just needed a cheap place to stay when coming back from a flight one day, and Accent Inns Vancouver more than delivered. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the attentive staff, and then incredibly surprised by how great the room and amenities were! The room was large, the TV was good, the bed was comfy, there was a hot tub, they had bikes you could rent for free; amazing at this price point. It was truly above and beyond" and I was incredibly happy (especially for the price that I paid - very reasonable). Would recommend a stay here if you're using Vancouver Airport

This motel styled hotel is a bargain price and yet offers excellent customer service, clean rooms and free airport transfers. I stayed overnight to catch an early departure, my room was on the quiet side, the bed was comfortable and the taxi (paid for by the hotel as they don't have a shuttle van) was waiting for me exactly on time. Check in was quick and efficient, I was able to go for a walk to a small shopping mall and there is a restaurant attached plus a McDonald's across the street which took care of all my needs. Based on my experience I will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff who go above and beyond. Great place for families to stay. Free coffee in the lobby, access to washing machines and dryers, filtered water and nice places to relax outside. Close to bus stops. Beds are very comfortable and room was clean. TV was modern and had all the apps and channels we wanted.

Good stay at a fair price. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean, large, quiet and comfortable. Accommodated our early check-in. They do not have an airport shuttle as advertised but they do reimburse you for taxi fare. Restaurant on site though we didn't try it.

I highly recommend this establishment. 100 stars for service, it's extremely friendly and personable. I have never had such a smooth and friendly check in. The rubber ducks are such an adorable touch, my children LOVED them. Easy to get to and clean large rooms.
