Little Green Farm Pet Hotel

I have just started using Little Green Farm Kennel and am very impressed so far. The kennels are a good size with access to outside from their own kennel and also an outdoor dog area for them to play. The kennel is very clean and bright. It is a smaller kennel which emphasises personal care for each pet. There is ac and heating to make it comfy for the pets. Highly recommend. Update: this is my dogs third visit here and I am so pleased with the care they are giving her. She is is 16 years old and acts like a puppy after we pick her up. Little Green is officially my dog kennel of choice.

We've been boarding Jasper, our Chocolate Labrador at the Little Green Farm Pet Hotel since 2016. Although it's about 30% more expensive than another boarding facility that we use in Penticton, we appreciate the larger kennels with outdoor access and personal twice-daily playtime. Jasper always returns from there happy and content. Their service loses a star from me, however, as we always seem to 'lose' some of his belongings, i.e. his bag, blanket and scarf. Still waiting for his bag to be returned (or replaced) from a stay months ago. Too, if he's been playing in the pool just before our arrival, we shouldn't have to request that he be toweled down before getting in the car. Just sayin'. :-)

Unfortunately we were unaware that our puppy needed a kennel cough shot. We were told she needed to be fully vaccinated, and she was, as far as the etc was concerned, but the one for kennel cough is an optional one. So instead of having the time of her life she had to be kept separate from all the other dogs, for the whole six days. Can you say guilt complex. First time ever using a kennel, read everything, used recommendations, no one anywhere said anything about this shot, including LGF website. Now you can be aware.

I love the Little Green Farm Pet Hotel. Geisha is always treated like the Princess she is. Great place for your fur babies!

We were in jam because our dog would not stop barking in the hotel. Called little green farm and from the phone call to the drop off and pick up we had a great experience. Family oriented and a safe place for your furry family. They do their best to accommodate all the animal guests. Great experience!Love Meatball

Very friendly staff and service. Clean facilities and reasonable pricing. After the initial first stay, I felt comfortable leaving my cat there for 10 days. I also phoned for an update during his visit and Julie was very helpful with setting my mind at ease.

We always bring our two fur babies to Little Green Pet Hotel. They come back happy, healthy & relaxed! We just picked up last night from a week away and our two dogs were smelling great, happy & grateful. I think they were bathed before we collected them. Highest recommendation!! We left our pet there this weekend and had a wonderful experience! Jane was amazing❤️kept us updated all the time, sent pictures and gave us peace of mind to enjoy our trip knowing that our pet was being well looked after and was having fun!
