Edit:So I was finally able to get some delicious desserts from this cute little shop. The staff are fantastic and polite. The food is great and aesthetics are bang on. My review now reflects my experience.So I can't actually review this as I never got the chance to actually try the desserts. I came from Newmarket and stopped in and to my surprise even though the website and google says open until 9:30 it was closed.... This was at 7:30pm.Super disappointed.

So far, not so good. I ordered the Black Sesame Latte. The service was friendly, but slow. And the latte was really not my thing at all. It was dark grayish brown, muddy textured, and tasted like pureed cardboard and sugar mixed with water. If I weren't having it in a nice café, I wouldn't think it's edible.Next time, I will probably try something else here.

Both the matcha and houjicha ice cream are delicious. Love how it’s not too sweet and has a strong flavour. They also have a few tables inside. Not only do they have sweets, they also sell soba as well.

Got takeout matcha float, tastes absolutely amazing! The hojicha ice cream on top was very flavourful. Will definitely come back to this location and recommend to everyone I know!

This Tsujiri is my absolutely fave place to get a hojicha float! The flavour is very rich & the right amount of sweetness. My friend got the Matcha Parfait and the softserve has really good strong matcha flavour! If you come at the right time, I also really recommend their mochis that are made fresh daily, and I did see some people eating ramen that looks good too.The owners are so friendly so its a great place to get a drink & snack with friends.

I used to go to the Tsujiri in Square One all the time, so I was very excited to check out the location in KW. I ordered the hojichai and kinako twist. It was good but not great. I was disappointed they didn’t have matcha soft serve which is my favourite. I also highly recommend the white chocolate mocha. It’s amazing!

Good place, bright with amole seating available. We have been here twice but both (both just before closing) times they were out of Matcha. So get in early for the matcha. The parfaits are really good and make for a superb post dinner walk and dessert. $8 a pop plus tax is a steal for such deliciousness.

Do not get ramen here. It was the worst ramen I’ve ever had and that’s an understatement. The noodles were overcooked, the soup was lukewarm, and it hardly resembled anything like the image on the menu. It honestly looked like a leftover food that was poured into a another bowl served again (maybe it was?).The desserts may be okay, but when compared to the Toronto location they’re a disappointment too.The headquarters should really do quality controls for these franchises, otherwise they’ll be losing customers very quickly.
